Irresistable

Harry's PoV
She's irresistible. Even with tears glittering in her eyes and bruises covering her body, I couldn't not kiss her. Or at least, try too.
I know it was a dumb move, especially with her being heartbroken. I should of waited, or at least not sprung on her when she was so vulnerable. That's the last thing I'd want to do. That, and break her heart.
When she turned her head, I thought that was it. I thought that she didn't feel the same way. She kissed my cheek, and that was it. But then she put her head in my lap, and whispered those words. Those words that made me doubt all my previous thoughts.
"I could stay here forever. In your arms."
What did she mean? Why did she say that? Where did it come from?
All I knew was that I'd happily keep her in my arms forever.

The first ones back were Jesy and Leigh-Anne. They'd gone to get the magazines, and beauty products and whatever else girls need when they're upset.
I smiled at them, as they walked in, placing the shopping bags on the table. I held a finger to my mouth, gesturing them to keep it down. I then pointed to Jade, who was curled up in my lap, a blue fuzzy blanket thrown over her.
"She's asleep again?" Leigh-Anne exclaimed, in a hushed voice. "God, that girl can sleep for Britain!"
As soon as she said that, she remembered Jade's ordeal, and closed her mouth.
I looked down at her. She looked so beautiful, so peaceful. As if nothing had happened. But then, as I tucked a strand of hair behind her face, the graze came into focus, and I suddenly felt furious. My breathing became heavier, and I started to grind my teeth.
Suddenly, Perrie walked through, rubbing the sleep from her eyes. She was wearing a white cotton dressing gown - like ones you get in hotels.
"If you want, you can put Jade back in the bed, I'm getting up now anyway" Perrie yawned. She as trying her best not to appear tired, but clearly she was.
"Perrie, your shattered. Go to your bedroom and lie down. Sleep for as long as you need to, okay?"
Perrie waved me off, and I rolled my eyes. Perrie was a great girl, so talented and funny - Zayn had chosen well - but boy was she stubborn.
I carefully got off the sofa, making sure Jade's head landed softly.
"You need sleep, Perrie. Please, if you won't do it for me, do it for Zayn. He'll be so stressed if you're not resting when he comes in, and he'll start to worry. Please, do it for him."
I wasn't bribing her, or manipulating her. I was being sincere. And Perrie could see that. She nodded, and began making her way to her room across the hallway - when there was a knock at the door. Jesy proceeded to open it, as we all assumed it was one of the others.
It wasn't.
"Sam" Jade gasped.

Sam stood in the doorway, looking rough as hell. If I recall correctly, that was the same outfit as the night before. He looked like he hadn't had any sleep, as he had huge bags under his eyes. He had a large amount of stubble, and I could smell the nose-burning cologne he'd used to compensate for not taking a shower. He had a solemn expression, and his mouth was agape. He had a black eye, and I knew that it was Jade's handiwork. However, his knuckles didn't look the least bit damaged.
I looked behind me at Jade, who was terrified. She had frozen with fear, clutching the blanket to her chest. She was trembling all over, and she couldn't say a word.
And I snapped.
I immediately rushed up to him pinning him up to the wall of the hallway outside the flat, by the scruff of his collar. I knew he was scared, and so he should be.
"What are you doing here?" I screamed.
"I . . . uh . . . I wanted to . . . talk with . . . Jade!" he replied, attempting - and failing - to break free of my grip.
I tightened the grip.
"Why the fuck do you think she would want to talk to you? After what you did to her?" I spat.
He tried to peek a look at her, but I forced him back.
"I wanted . . . to apologise!" he cried. "I didn't mean for things to end up the way they did! It . . . it just . . . things escalated! One thing led to another and . . . and . . . and . . ."
I wasn't going to let him breath another word. I held him up further, and he started to rasp, his eyes widening.
"Harry!" Jesy screamed, as the girls (minus Jade) pulled me away from him. He rubbed at his neck.
"Oh, it's not nice, being strangled is it? It hurts quite a lot doesn't it? It's scary, isn't it?" I inquired, boring into his eyes.
"Listen, I'm sorry!" Sam exclaimed. He stepped forward, crossing the threshold. That's as far as the girls would let him come. Jade, however, still hadn't moved a muscle.
"You're going to have to do damn better than that if you want to stay for any longer" Leigh-Anne scoffed, gripping the door.
"Jade, I am so, very truly sorry for what I did to you. If I had realised at the time what exactly I was doing, who I was doing it too, then none of it would ever have happened. I love you too much to do any of that willingly."
I turned to face Jade, watching her reaction. Tears were once again streaming down her face. Her lip was trembling, and she couldn't take her eyes off him.
He took another step towards her.
"Let me make it up to you. Let me take you anywhere you want to go, shower you with whatever you wish. It's the least I could do."
He took another step.
"I understand how you must be feeling, about me. I understand that you might not want to trust me."
He took yet another step. He was now only a meter in front of her, a mere sofa separating them.
"But believe me when I say that what I did will never ever happen again, not a along as we walk the earth. I was stupid to ever do such a thing - no more than stupid, I was delusional. Insane even."
He jumped over the sofa, and Jade flinched. It was such a fast move I could see she was expecting him to lash out at her. She stepped back, shaking even harder.
"But I love you Jade, more than anyone in the world. We belong together. I need you back in my life, I need you. Will you forgive me?"
Jade closed her eyes, and inhaled deeply. She opened them again, and looked straight into Sam's. I could see the fear in them, the hurt and the pain. It was taking my every fibre not to knock Sam out here and now, then cast him from the roof. But Jade needed to say something, I could see that too. And I wasn't going to be the one to stop her.
She dropped the blanket, revealing that she was only wearing the silk gown and the undergarments underneath. Her breathing was ragged, and unsteady. She opened the gown, and displayed her body to Sam. In the daylight, all of her bruises and cuts were visible, clearer and more painful looking than ever. I wasn't sure whether to look away, or keep looking. I chose the latter, simply because I couldn't. I could tear my eyes off of her. Underneath all the pain, I saw beauty.
Jade was silently sobbing now, the tears seemingly unstoppable.
"Do you see all these marks? All these marks left by your fists and feet?" she asked him. "These weren't put here by somebody who didn't know what they were doing. See my neck? You looked straight into my eyes when you were suffocating me. You looked straight at me, and I could see everything."
I couldn't see Sam's face, but I knew he wasn't happy. Jade could see right through his pathetic excuses.
"You know what's funny though, Sam? Is that if you had told me all that a day ago, I would have believed you. Because I loved you. I really did love you. So much so, I was willing to do anything for you. But you got greedy, or desperate, or bored, and had to have her as well. And that hurt me, so, so much. Not only because I loved you, but because of something else. Something I was going to tell you last night. Something I'm not sure . . . "
Jade broke down, but being the strong woman she is, she continued. I thought I felt my heart break a little for her.
"Something I'm not sure is still there after last night."
What was it? Love? Passion? Jade, I remember, was particularly eager to tell Sam something last night. I just assumed it was about the tour . . .
"I'm pregnant, Sam. And it's yours. See, I know that because I haven't been sleeping with anyone else. I've been faithful. At least, I was pregnant yesterday. You could of killed it, after last night. Killed our child. Your child. And if you have, then you're going to have to live with that for the rest of your life."
I felt my heart stop, the whole world grind to a halt around me. Jade was pregnant. And Sam was the fucking father? I was horrified.
