The Blind Luna

War

As Bella said she was back by night fall with a lost puppy with her. I found the mate bond cute but I could understand why her face showed annoyance. It felt as if Jason was more clingy then the usual,

caused by the mate bond. Did he lose someone close to him? My mind wondered. Bella sat in front of me breathing in and out deeply preparing herself for the cast she was about to make.

"Ready Luna?" She asked me. It was weird that she was so formal with me. She never was before. 
"Please its Anna. I think we have made a personal level when you went through my brain." She laughed at my comment. That was the first time I truly saw her happy for what I just met of her. Of course, Kyo was sitting right beside me ready to pounce if she tried to hurt me. Kyo didn't have a vendetta with her, but his mind told me he never trusted witches. 

"Anna." She corrected herself. "Just so you are aware I cannot control what two memories come through." She added. 

"It's alright." I reassured her. She quickly went to work lining her eyes up with mine. Soon enough I could feel her in my mind. It felt as if she was pushing at a block inside of me. Pulling and pulling. There was so much pressure. My heart was racing and my wolf was screaming in agony with the pain. 

"Anna!!" I heard Kyo yell through the cast, but I ignored it. I needed to remember. 

"Bella! Stop you're going to kill yourself!" Jason yelled trying to break the link. She continued till something broke the connection. When I opened my eyes again, I saw Jason holding Bella in his arms in a protective way and Kyo in his wolf form. I Noticed the blood running down my nose and quickly wiped it. I needed to calm Kyo's wolf down before he killed the caster for doing what we asked. Kyo had his eyes locked on Bella ready to rip her throat out snarling, as Jason snarled back. A pack member usually had to follow orders from there Alpha, but when it's your mate in the line of danger no amount of control could stop one. I got up slowly and turned around walking towards Kyo. I bent down and whispered. 

"Kyo I am alright. She did nothing wrong." I reached my hand out to pet his fur. His heart beat soon settled. "Jason, go grab a pair of clothes for Kyo I got him." I nodded in understanding. He looked at his mate and back at me and nodded back slowly. "Kyo, meant no harm. It's hard to control the mate bond." I told her. 

"I know. It didn't even scare me." She laughed getting up. Kyo took offense to that and growled a bit. I hushed him and giggled a bit myself.  After Kyo got changed we all sat down on the couch. 

"Did it work?" Jason asked breaking the silence. 

"Anna?" Kyo looked at me. I closed my eyes and saw two very real memories. 

"I remember the day I got my eyesight back." I spoke. "The hospital and a woman dying there. I don't remember her name but I know it caused me sadness." 

"Gomez's Luna. Yes." Kyo shared a look of grief. 

"Anything else?" Bella pressed. 

"It's strange but I think a dream? I met my mother and brother there. They told me I had to kill the Alpha of the silver moon pack." With that Kyo looked down as if he hoped for something else. We all became silent once again until earn shattering screams filled. We all looked up in horror. 

"He is here. God dammit!" Kyo yelled. "Jason, get every warrior you can and notify the Alphas. We are going to war." 

"Yes, Alpha Kyo." He bowed and whispered something in Bella's ear. 

"Anna." I looked at him waiting for his words. He seemed like he was debating on what to do.

"Bring the woman and children to the safe house and stay with them. Bring Bella too." Confusion swirled in me. I can't just sit around and do nothing.
