Basically Bellatrix took on a similar role as Snape, Dumbledore never died or was as manipulative as in the OG harry potter universe.

Bellatrix was the woman who in the end helped killed Voldemort.

This one shot will have multiple parts but different scenarios.

New year, new possibilities! - Rita Skeeter

New parts of the exclusive interviews with the headmaster of Hogwarts and the rumored new Defense Against the Dark Arts professor, Bellatrix Black!

"So, Headmaster Dumbledore, since the war last year, Hogwarts has been under constant renovation. Is it really safe for the students to come back so soon?"

"Well, Ms. Skeeter, we have made sure that the castle is much safer nowadays. There shouldn't be any situations where the students can come to harm, except for when playing quidditch of course"

"Yes, quidditch is quite a dangerous sport, isn't it?"

"Indeed, that's why we make every student who plays sign a safety form"

Catching the rumored new professor for Defense Against the Dark Arts was certainly a whole other forthe.

"Long time no see Ms. Black, are the rumors about you coming to Hogwarts to teach true?"

"Yes, Rita"

"What made you decide to teach?"

"After the war there were mixed reactions. Dumbledore sent me a letter, asking me to come to Hogwarts and teach, that it would help for me to become more social and to prove that.."

"-That you mean no harm to the students nor the professors?"

"Something like that.."

"How did you react to getting the letter?"

"I can't say that I was surprised, the old man has always been someone with 'interesting' ideas. Though I wasn't sure if it was a good idea, since some people still see me as a traitor"

"Well, you're certainly a good actor, Marrying Rodolphus and spending all that time in Azkab.."

"-I'd rather not talk about that, It was nice talking, Rita, but I'm afraid I have somewhere to be"

"I understand, thanks for your time Ms. Black"

The train is starting to leave the station, there's someone opening the door to the booth, so I look up from the paper. "Mind if I accompany you?" She's standing in the door opening leaning a little to the right side. She's wearing a long wine red shirt with a cut out top part and a black corset over that. Black leather pants and black high heels. Her curls hang loosely over her neck. "No, I don't mind at all."
