I saw that I had not yet published (AKA written) the second part of this mini story and thought I'd finish it while it's summer.
Take note that very serious subjects are included in this that might trigger some people...
Stay safe y'all <3

Comfort was in order..
Her broken down facade resting in my embrace, anything but clear at the moment. My shoulder wet and my heart aching for her, how could I help?
"Shh Beth, you're okey, I'm here for you.."
Her nose was stuffed and I could clearly hear her sniffle through the small airway. I reach for my jacket pocket, but realize quickly that I'm no longer wearing it.. she is...
My hand traveled from my side to carefully grab the inner pocket of my jacket, making sure not to touch Elizabeth in ways that might make her uncomfortable..
(Our poor little darling 🥺❤️)
The napkin finally leaves the pocket and now my focus is to help clean her face.
"Beth, look at me please, everything will be alright."
Her head left my shoulder, revealing an even more mascara stained face than just a few minutes ago. My hand softly brushed over one of her cheeks while the other wiped her eyes carefully.
Her state either seemed to be in no control and running with tears or just completely in shock and unmoving. She reminded me of a deer caught on the road in the middle of a rainstorm.
The napkin rubbed against her soft skin, but the mascara had already made its mark, something beside tears were needed to remove the black stains that had now formed on her rosy cheeks.
Rosy cheeks..
She was oddly quiet, and staring into my eyes as if searching for something... my heart must've skipped a beat or two at the vision. The blush made her remaining skin evidently pale..
"Beth, I'll stay here for the night, if you're comfortable with that. We can watch a movie, maybe do a face mask that I know you love?"
If possible, her cheeks reddened further. Her hand reached for mine - the one that was holding the napkin - and grasped it slightly.
"I'd love that.. thank you.."
She lunged forwards, embracing me once again in the sofa. My heart aches for the inability to make her feel as she should, to hold her in my arms lovingly... to Love her.. but I could not, for she did not feel for me that way..
"Any wishes for a movie?"
My words whispered into her ear and I felt her slightly tense, I let her go hastily... her eyes widened as she stared back at me, gosh I've made her slightly uncomfortable.. lovely..
(Gosh this y/n is just oblivious 🫢)
"I- Would you be alright with watching 'The Devil wears Prada'?"
This cute little angel, oh god.. I nodded and cupped one of her cheeks.
(I know that movie didn't exist, but let's make it more modern, eh?)
"Absolutely, I'll get some snacks.. you stay right here darling."
I arose from the sofa, leaving a red-cheeked Elizabeth in place. My feet led me to one of her kitchens - the one on the first floor. At first, when I started working for her it felt odd to have two kitchens, but when I understood how they both were used, I kept quiet about it.
