Chapter 10

Jace's POV.

Was I going to fast?

Did I scare her off?

Is she gonna think I'm weird?

So many questions were running through my head. If only I didn't try to kiss her. Its not my fault that she's so, amazing.

My phone starts going off, breaking me from my thoughts. I answer it.

J- "Hello."

D- "Good afternoon. This is Dan the producer of some Nickelodeon shows. I'm calling to inform you of your audition for Henry Danger. Let's just say we're looking forward to seeing you 'Henry Hart'."

J- "So I got the part?"

D- "You certainly did, we loved your performance so much. I would love to see you sometime tomorrow between 8am and 7pm. I would like to discuss another offering for you as well."

J- "Thank you sir."

D- "No thank you. Have a great day."

When he hangs up I start doing my happy dance.

"Uhh what are you doing?" Xander asks.

"I'm dancing." I say.

"Why?" He asks.

"Because I got the part for Henry Hart on Henry Danger." I say.

"Mom!!" Xander yells.

"I'll tell her." I say.

"What is it?" She asks, coming down the stairs.

"I got the part for Henry on Henry Danger." I say.

"Oh honey that's great." she says.

"And we need to goto the studio tomorrow because he wants to talk about another offer for me." I say.

"What time?" She asks.

"Between 8am and 7pm." I say.

"Alright. I'm so proud of you." She says.

"Thanks mom." I say.

•NEXT DAY•

I wake up around 9 and get ready for the meeting with Dan. My mom and I leave around 12 and get there by 2. I get out of the car and walk up to studio 11. Dan was walking around and when he saw me, it was time to talk.

He takes me into his office and we get to talking.

"So Jace I'm going to give you a schedule, so you'll know what's times to be here and what we're doing at the time. If you'd like I'll show you around the studio because you'll be working here a lot." Dan says.

"Okay thanks. Please do show me around." I say.

"Follow me."

He shows me around the entire building and then we get to my desk.

"So this is where you'll be working for some of your time."

"Okay."

"Your dressing room is right near the set of Henry Danger, so you shouldn't have trouble finding it."

I look around and surely I bump into somebody.

"Oh sorry." I say.

"It's okay." she says.

"So where you headed?"

"The set of Henry Danger, I play Charlotte. Oh and my name is Riele."

"Nice to meet you Riele. I'm Jace and I'm playing Henry on Henry Danger."

"Cool, so see you around?"

"Yeah."

More time passes on and I find my way out of this maze. I walk out the front door and sit on the curb taking in everything.

I can't believe I'm gonna be on Nickelodeon. My mom drives up to me and I hop in the car.

How am I going to tell Hailey?
