Chapter 8 : Team 6 Formed!

Shikamaru POV

Finally I arrived at (L/n)'s residence. I pressed the bell and waited for a response from inside.

I waited about 15 minutes, but there was no answer from inside. I sighed and left the house. I'll visit her again after training.

I guess she wasn't there..

I went to where my team was. I saw that Ino, Choji and Asuma-sensei were already there.

"You're taking too long Shikamaru!" Ino shouted annoyed.

"Calm down Ino.. Maybe he has something to take care of first" Choji said while patting Ino's shoulder.

I looked at them with my lazy face. I yawned and walked towards Choji.

"You don't have to serve her, she's just like that" I said yawning. Choji just kept quiet and nodded. Asuma-sensei who saw me just inhaled his cigarette and smiled slightly.

Y/n POV

I walked towards the place where Nao and Ken were. When I was about to arrive, I saw a jonin who was behind the two of them. I approached them and the jonin opened his voice.

"Everyone has gathered, then introduce yourselves and tell us what you like and what you don't like" explained the jonin.

"Starting with you" He pointed at Nao.

"My name is Naoki Kazuo and you can call me Nao, what I like is reading books and knowing new things, and what I don't like are things that annoy me while reading books" Nao explained. Then the jonin pointed at Ken.

"My name is Ken Hayate, you can call me Ken. What I like is practice and what I don't like is trivial fights" explained Ken. Then the jonin continued his index finger at me.

"My name is (Y/n) (L/n), please call me (Y/n). What I like is looking at the clouds and reading a book and what I don't like is when I'm sick" I explained briefly. Actually I don't really like this kind of conversation.

If Shikamaru's here his might complain and get sleepy..

"Okay that's all. Then i will introduce myself. My name is Hideki Izumi, call me Hideki and I'm a jonin who will guide you in this team 6. So please cooperate" Hideki-sensei said.

Izumi? I think I've heard of it...

"Since everyone knows each other, let's start the test" Hideki-sensei took out 2 bells that were in his pocket. (A/n: maybe this will be similar to what Kakashi did)

"Each of you must get this bell, and those who don't get it will be tied to the trunk of the tree." Hideki-sensei pointed at the tree trunk that had been cut.

"Everyone understand? Then start!" Hideki-sensei shouted starting the test.

The three of us immediately split up and approached Sensei to pick up the bell, but this jonin was very difficult. I know, because he's a jonin right? I didn't want to hurt him, but I had to find a way to subdue him. I immediately called Nao and Ken to come up with a strategy.

"You understand? Then let's get started" I said giving orders. Everyone nodded and carried out my strategy. I started making hand sign.

"Ice style : Solid clot Jutsu!" I used my jutsu to freeze Hideki-sensei's legs, I made sure sensei couldn't escape my jutsu.

But I can't believe Sensei can escape my jutsu. Before that happened, Ken was already next to the jonin. He tried to take the bell, and finally it was taken.
