Luke pov
I wake up hearing a loud noise coming from both inside and outside the buildings. I look over at Michael and throw a pillow at him causing him to jump off his bed.
We stand up and look at each other confused at what was going on. He changes into sweats and a shirt and I put on a shirt.
"Whats going on?" He asks
"I dont know I just woke up hearing it" he opens the door as he gets pushed back by nurses
"You need to stay in your rooms!!" One shouts over the sirens
"Whats going on?!" I ask
"A patient is shaking and screaming!! She wont wake up now please stay with your roommate!" She yells and rushes away
"Whats going on?" Michael asks confused still
"I think she said someone is having a panic attack!!"

Shan pov(first time. Yay)
Im pacing back and forth in the hallway as I hear my roommate Sky screaming and not waking up. I dont know what happened but it doesnt sound good at all.
About five nurses walk in holding a machine yelling things to each other. I shake my head and walk down the hall to calm down. I look down trying to calm my breathing and I bump into A boy I cant remember.
"Oops im sorry I was just walkin-" he says and I cut him off
"Were you the boy with Sky?" I say breathing faster and he nods fast
"Why?" He asks and I glance down the hall
"Shes having a panic attack I think she cant breathe or a-anything" before I got to finish he was running down the hall into our room
Its morning time so maybe I can go see my therapist. I rush out the building and walk towards building A

Calum pov
I try reaching for Sky and a nurse holds me back
"Sir we cant let you do that" she orders and I shake my head
"I can help!!" She sighs and lets go and I sit on the edge of Skys bed and grab her hand
"Sky please wake up!!" I yell and she just moves
"He isnt here its me Calum!!" I try again and shake her lightly
"Its me Calum!! Please! He isnt here!" After I said that she jumps up catching her breath
I pull her on my lap and wrap my arms around her as shes crying and breathing rapidly.
"Its okay im here now.." I whisper and she just grips onto the back of my shirt crying
I look over at the nurses as they all pile out the room slowly one by one

I shake my head and focus on Sky to distract me

Ive been waiting in the waiting room for about half an hour for my first session and im kind of nervous. Even though I met Dr. Forman before
