Death Proposal

Heathers POV
I was sitting on the couch with Aurelia when I got a stinging pain in my foot. "Ugh, what did I do to this thing?" I groaned. Aurelia looked over confused. "Are you ok?" She asked. "Yeah. It's just an ache" I said. Zed came in. "Did you hit your foot?" He asked. "No it just started hurting" I said. Zed thought for a minute and then looked concerned. "We need to go to earth 31" he said. "What why?" I asked. "Ever since you and heather met, your blood rate has been different. That's because you two are connected. If you're hurt here than heather must have really hurt herself there" he said. "Aurelia, go get the others" I looked over to her and she nodded.

Later
Aurelia's POV
Fighting Zill 31's dad was awesome. "Lets go!" Heather called to us. We ran out and joined with the 31's who were watching Zill fight heather. Heather was trying to reason with her but it wasn't working. The ground started to rumble as Zill lifted the rocks. "Um, should we just be standing here or should we help?" I asked. Heather 32 reached her arm out in front of me so I wouldn't move. Aurelia 31 started running towards her partner but Heather 31 blasted her back just in time before the rocks fell. I gasped at the sight. Heathers jaw dropped. "Is she-?" I asked. Heather 32 started to wobble and I looked over concerned. Zed noticed. "Oh no." He said. "What's happening?" I asked. "They're connected, and she just died." He said. I put my hands on Heathers shoulders to keep her up. She could hardly keep her eyes open. "Just hold on. Please." I whimpered. She couldn't though, and she collapsed onto me. Tears formed in my eyes and I sat down with her in my arms. "I'm sorry Heather." I whispered.

There was a lot of yelling, but then a bright green beam connected to Heather. I freaked out. "Hey!" I yelled in fear. "Hold on Myst." Zip 32 stopped me. There was a bright flash that lifted Heather up the slightest bit and then dropped her again. "Did it work?" Zill 31 asked. "Work? Did what work? You're just playing around with a dead fucking body!" I screamed as the tears started falling. My head dropped as I cried. "Why are you crying?" I heard. My eyes shot open and I stared down at Heather in shock. She looked utterly confused. I hugged her tightly. "Oh ok! I love you too but you're suffocating me!" She squealed. I kissed her to shut her up and she smiled.

We got home late that night. We went straight to bed. "Hey babe?" Heather asked. "Hmm?" I turned over to look at her. "I have something for you" she said. I raised an eyebrow. She reached for her nightstand and grabbed a small box. "I was gonna give it to you later but after what happened today, I cant wait any longer" she said. She handed me the box. I looked at her confused and took it. My eyes widened as I opened it. "Will you marry me?" She asked. I just stared at her for a minute before I smiled. "Yes. Yes I will marry you." I said. She smiled. "As long as you don't die again." I joked. She huffed a laugh and scooted closer to me. "Something tells me there's no guarantees with the 31's" She said.
