6: Don't Go Breaking My Heart

Heavy puffs of air escaped from Beomgyu's withered lips  while Beomgyu turned and twisted on the floor . He pushed himself up till his back was digging against a frigid wall and his eyes drifted close as his chest heaved up and down like a  fierce wave . The next moment when he opened his eyes , Taehyun's figure was looming over him , his  huge amber colored eyes scrutinizing him silently . 

Beomgyu's half lidded eyes followed Taehyun when the latter crouched below and shifted closer to his lifeless body . He tried scooting away from the warmth wafting out from Taehyun's body and avoided his hypnotic eyes while keeping his head low . 

Suddenly , Beomgyu sucked in a sharp breath when soft , cold fingers brushed through the raven bangs matted over his damp forehead and tucked them behind his ear . Beomgyu jerked his head up  and gaped at the blonde wide eyed , his heart skipped a beat when Taehyun inched his hand closer to his blood stained face , 

 Taehyun caught a tear on the tip of his finger and flicked it away  . Beomgyu gaze swept across Taehyun's flawless features , his face had a certain softness to it today but his eyes deceived his expressions . His eyes were sharp and gaze menacing when he glared back at Beomgyu and whispered , 

" What were you doing there that night ? "

His voice sent shivers down Beomgyu's body whose breath hitched inside his throat as he felt himself drowning inside those deep amber eyes . When Taehyun's fingers were about to graze his cheek , Beomgyu got startled and turned his head away . He gasped in shock when Taehyun grabbed his chin hardly and pulled his face back so they both were staring right at one another . His voice dropped a decibel lower when he mumbled again , 

" I asked something , can't you hear me?  Answer  ..." 

Taehyun's face had hardened considerably  and was hovering just above Beomgyu who shivered as the former's warm breath ghosted over his face . He let out a groan when Taehyun squeezed his chin harder , Beomgyu took a stammering breath and yanked Taehyun's hand away before pushing him away from him and screamed ,

"Stay away you bastard ! "

Taehyun collided back onto the floor and Beomgyu took this chance to escape . In a stance of panic , he stood upright on his wobbly legs and leaped towards the door but Taehyun was quicker , he  dragged  him back and sent him crashing against the wall . Beomgyu cried out in pain and flailed  his arms in protest when Taehyun caged him within his arms locking him in place . 

" That's want I want to say , you were following me that day weren't you ? Would you stop meddling in other people's business , that will keep you away from unwanted troubles . Why were you even following me in the first place hmm ? " 

Beomgyu felt suffocated under Taehyun's looming presence above him , his breath was getting heavier and shortened . He mustered up some strength and knocked the blonde away with full force as he screamed at the top of his lungs , anger evident in voice , 

" Shut up !! You don't have any right to demand any answers from me . I am disgusted even talking to you  , you fucking criminal . "

A heavy silence swirled inside the tiny washroom , a silence filled only by their rapid breaths . Taehyun seemed stunned for the first time , his eyes were blown out wide and his face was a ghostly white . Beomgyu squirmed uncomfortably from the intensity of the blonde's gaze , they were swimming with a strong emotion Beomgyu couldn't decipher . Then after sometime , a wide smirk sneaked to his lips and he laughed , Taehyun laughed like a madman . 

Beomgyu body was paralyzed with fear as he watched Taehyun in horror , his face slowly draining out of blood . Taehyun's laugh was terrifying that sent shivers down his spine , it sounded breathy and high with underlying pain and agony . The blonde averted his gaze to him , his eyes were crinkling in amusement and were glinting darkly as he sauntered closer to Beomgyu's trembling body and sneered  ,
