Ch 21

The next morning you left the house before Kojiro could wake up. You were exhausted but you had to meet up with the boys at the train station. Today was a school day so you were wearing your uniform, but you also grabbed your 'S' hoodie and mask just in case. Reki and Langa weren't here yet so you decided to just sit on a bench and wait. Pulling out your phone you texted the redhead telling him that you were here.

But then someone sat next to you. At first you didn't pay them too much attention. They had a hood on so you couldn't see their face from where you were sitting. "So, you hurt yourself again little one?" The voice sent shivers down our spine, you would recognize it from anywhere.

"And? What about it? It's not like you care." Scoffing at the man beside you. "Ah, that's where you're wrong Y/n. I do care. But only because when we beef I want you in top shape." The man beside you laughed slightly. "It's no fun if you aren't going to be a challenge."

Your blood began to boil, he really didn't see you as a threat? "Don't underestimate me Adam. I'll be back on my board on Friday. I'll beat you without a doubt." Adam chuckled softly from beside you. "That's the spirit. But let's say we make this whole thing more interesting."

You were about to ask what he meant but someone had started yelling your name. "Y/n!" Looking at where the voice came from you saw Reki waving his hand wildly. "We'll talk more about this later. Until next time, little one." Adam really knew how to push your buttons, and he always had taken advantage of that.

Getting up from the bench you immediately made your way to Reki and Langa. "Yo, Y/n who were you talking to?" You sighed, "No one important. Just an annoying rat is all." The two boys in front of you tilted their heads in confusion at your words.

"The train is here. We should get going, we don't want to be late for the drop." You didn't even wait for the two to say anything and got on the train. Reki had noticed that you weren't in the best mood. He wanted to ask you about it, or maybe do something to make you feel better. But ultimately the redhead decided to stay quiet. If you wanted to talk about it you would.

Once the train was well on it's way you put the hood of your sweatshirt up and put on your mask. "Y/n? Why are you covering your face?" You turned to look at the blue haired boy that was on the other side of Reki. "It's a long story. But all you really need to know is that when you see me dressed like this you can't call me Y/n"

Langa nodded, were you a secret agent or something? Were you hiding from someone? Were you in danger? The boy began to sweat nervously and Reki just laughed at the state he was in. "Don't worry too much about her. Her identity in 'S' is a secret, everyone calls her Midnight."

After his brief explanation you spaced out, knowing that Reki would just be talking about how awesome 'S' was.
