| BONNIE HAD CALLED Elena and I if we could go down to the grill with her and of course Elena said yes for the both of us already.
I walked down the stairs trying to find my shoes to put on to go the grill. Elena was already down the stairs and opened the door and started talking to someone. Oh I've got to get in this conversation.
"Sorry I was about to knock" The same guy from school said as I opened the door, feeling very confused. Mr hot back is at our house for Elena? Elena looked over at me. "Madi this is Stefen, remember him from school?" I noticed how properly dressed and automatically wanted every guy to be like him.
"Stefen it's so nice to finally meet you, Elena-" Elena glared at me. "Um Elena and I where just on out way to meet our friends at the grill, do you want to join us?
He smiled "I actually wanted to return Elena's journal" Wait what? "Oh um at the cemetery I ran into Stefen and I must have dropped it" So that's why she was so happy. "Thanks" she told Stefen sweetly.
"Don't worry I didn't read it, I mean I wouldn't want anyone to really mine" omg omg did he just say that he has one too??? Elena looked shocked.
"You keep a journal? Stefen looked at her. "Yeah, if I don't write it down, I forget it" I couldn't stop smiling.
"I'm really sorry to ruin this perfect moment but shouldn't we get going to the grill? We all know what will happen to us if Caroline finds out that we are late" Stefen looked uncomfortable.
"Please do come Stefen"

We all walked into the grill and Matt looked like a dementor just sucked some of his soul but no it's just Stefen and Elena being together that's making him sad.
"Hey, I'm matt, nice to meet you" Poor matt he seems so sad but can't you get over Elena already please. " I'm Stefan"
Matt looked over at Elena. "Hey" Elena said. "Hey" Matt said back.
We all sat down at one of the tables
Caroline started playing 20 questions with Stefan.
"So, you were born in mystic falls? Ugh there goes me doing my math homework because Caroline can never shut up. "...and moved when I was still young"
Bonnie seemed interested in Stefen. "Parents?" Really parents, that's the best question you could come up with. "My parents passed away" My heart really went out to him but it's nice to know that me and Lena are not the only ones.
"I'm sorry" I told him. "Do you have any siblings? Please have a cute brother or something or maybe a twin.
"None that I talk to, I live with my uncle" Darn it. I was really crossing my fingers that his brother or sister was here but mostly brother.
Caroline seemed like she has been out of this conversation for too long. "So Stefan, if your new then you don't know about the party tomorrow" I quickly piped in.
"It's a back to school thing at the falls" Stefan turned to Elena. "Are you going? I jumped in again smiling. "Of course she is" Elena smiled at me and then had a cute thing going on with Stefan.

The next morning I woke up sick. I swear in not faking it.
I heard someone in the hallway and walk into my room. "Madi we have to leave for school in like 5 minutes" I'm not going today Elena but full me in on you and Stefan.
"I'm sorry Elena but I really don't feel good but please text me through the day and fill me in on you and Stefan" she laughed.
"Will do sis and please feel better in time for the party tonight maybe you will find a guy...." I'm am not going to take dating advice from my sister but hey I still love her.
"Bye sis please don't be late for school and tell Jenna before she leaves that I'm staying home and that I'm fine"
Elena walked out of my room. I walked out of my bed and went into my bathroom and put the thermometer under my tongue.
Are you kidding me? It read 101 I put my hair up in a side braid not wanting my loose hair sticking to my face.
I walked downstairs feeling really hungry so I decided to start to fix some chocolate chip pancakes. Yum! I felt like I haven't eaten in days.
While eating my food I turned on the TV trying to turn on my DVD player. I plugged it in and put on one of my favorite movies.
I'm like in love with twilight, but I'm not one of those girls who goes crazy watching it because of Bella.
Honestly, I don't really like her but I still love all the supernatural stuff in there.
I ended up watching it three times and went through about two bowls of popcorn. I got up from the couch and went upstairs wanting to go to sleep since I might still want to go to the party.

I was walking around with Bonnie at the party since I felt about 100 percent better than this morning.
"So what's going on with Elena and Stefan, I mean did I miss anything good at school? I asked Bonnie. She looked over at me smiling. "Stefan totally out-smarted tanner today in history" Darn, the one day that I'm gone and something interesting happens at school.
While walking around we found Elena.
"So where is he? I asked Elena. She looked at me. "I don't know" she said. "You tell me, your the psychic one. Bonnie laughed. "Right, I forgot. Ok, so give me a second, grams says I have to concentrate-" I quickly remembered something.
"Wait, you need a crystal ball" I turned around and saw a beer bottle and handed it to her. "Ta,da" I held it out in front of me. Bonnie reached over and touched it.
Her face went from happy to looking kind of dazed and the Bonnie quickly let go. "That was weird" What what. Elena came closer. "What?" Bonnie looked me in the eyes.'"When I touched you, I saw a crow" I became a little weirded out. "What? I asked.
"A crow, there was fog, a man... I'm drunk, it's the drinking, there is nothing psychic about it" I just looked at her thinking about the crow from the other day.
"Yeah? Ok I'm going to get a refill". Bonnie walked away, then Stefan showed up but I was thinking about other things other than the crow. Elena and Stefan seemed to be on weird terms but they gave each other warm smiles instead.
"You guys go have fun I'm going to get a drink" I walked away suddenly in the mood for something sweet and also confused about this whole thing.

I found the drinks but I didn't really feel good so I just walked away and found Jeremy.
"Wow, Vicki Donovan says no" I heard the infamous Tyler Lockwood bark out. Right when I started heading that way, Tyler walked off.
"Jeremy how many times do I have to tell you to stop starting trouble everywhere you go? Jeremy just looked at me then started fighting with Vicki, which I couldn't tolerate for another minute.
Vicki is Matts older sister but sometimes I swear she is the youngest, just like Jeremy, but Jeremy has to stop hanging around with her. Vicki stormed off into the woods. "Jeremy I will deal with you later but now I have to stop Vicki doing anything stupid"
Jeremy just turned around and walked back to the party.
What am I doing wrong as an older sister? Really. I was walking after Vicki, then I saw her fall to the ground. "Vicki!! I screamed while running to her. There was blood all over her neck.
I lifted her off the ground
and saw that Jeremy and Elena came over to help. |
