Second chance

I apologize if this chapter has any grammatical errors, I wrote it on my phone because I'm bedridden once again. I went skating and fell badly at a high speed, injuring my knees and hip.

I took Kisame back and after they got whatever information they wanted out of him, they disposed of him behind my back, or so they thought they were going to. I was watching everyone's every move and managed to save him. I froze him into the ice ball again and started carrying him everywhere I went until we get on normal land, where I can give him to my wolves.

I planned out for Kisame to retire and have a bar on a beach. He'd spend his days making cocktails, saving people from drowning and sharks, ending every day with watching the sunset. That sounds ideal but it's up to him what he does, I'll just give him a second chance at life in the new era after war.

Naruto was training diligently inside the temple after getting his sprained ankle healed.

He had to train how to manipulate the chakra in his yellow form. Bee made geometrical shapes out of boulders for him and had him stack them up without breaking them

It looked like fun so I joined in. I transformed used my 11 tails to stack them up. As long as it was just brick-shaped I had no problem. Controlling my strength came naturally, but actually balancing out stuff on top of spheres and cones was just too much for me. Not enough patience over here.

I cleaned my fur and feathers in my bijuu form for once while I was waiting for Naruto to finish. Even though it's me, I just couldn't help but admire my form. The pure white fur, slightly tainted with black at the end of each hair, my long and very flexible neck, elonged paw fingers for a grabby business like humans but not as long, gigantic feathered wings, long blood-red feathers as a mane going down from the back of my head to my shoulder blades and can't forget the eleven extremely fluffy tails that make you feel like you're touching a cloud. I felt so proud, my ears were twitching and all my tails were wagging.

When Naruto succeeded and learned how to control his strength, we moved on to the next step! Transformation!

Naruto sucks at that...

Bijuu bomb!

Bee told him he can't create a bijuu bomb without being in a bijuu form. That didn't stop him from trying, duh. The explosions would have been dangerous if not for Bee's and mine's quick reactions.

We didn't get attacked by Kabuto, like in the original, since I killed him. This meant that our trip to Kumogakure on the back of a giant turtle went smoothly and we actually arrived there. From then on, I could see how much influence Kabuto's death had on the story, it was quite frightening...

When the turtle island ceased movement, everyone was thrown back like when a speeding car suddenly hits the breaks. This got Naruto's and Bee's attention and they headed for the exit. No matter how much Yamato and others tried to hold them back, they still left and Naruto, who was in the middle of practising in the bijuu mode, felt the negative emotions of all the people suffering in the current war. There was no more holding them back.

When we got to the island's exit, the Kumogakure barrier unit boasted with their unpenetrable barrier that's able to stop even a tailed beast.

But what about three?

There was no need for Naruto to push Bee's bijuu bomb through the barriers. I just told him to repeat after me and we both fired of the lasers, taking down all of the layers in a matter of 6 seconds, leaving the barrier captain crying.

I saw how distressed Naruto was about the situation, so I grabbed them both, transforming into my bijuu form and flying them to the war front. On our there, however, I got shot down by Raikage's lightning technique which paralyzed me for a moment.

Naruto: "Granny Tsunade?!"

Bee: "No b-bra...!"

Raikage: "BEE!!!! How dare you stare at the Hokage's chest at a moment like this?!"

I mean...they are out there...it's harder not to look.

Bee: "N-no I meant to say brother, but since you mentioned it I bet Hokage's an E"

Aoi: "106"

Tsunade immediately frowned at me, Naruto didn't get it and Bee gave me a thumbs up. Funny interactions in the middle of a crisis are always the best.

Raikage: "We're here to put a stop at this, you aren't going any further!"

Bee: "You gotta let us through brother! We'll be fine, that's a Killer Bee guarantee"

Raikage: "Have you lost your mind?!" We're fighting this war to protect you two! If you get captured, it's over!"

Naruto: "If the enemy completes the technique, it'll be the end of the world, Iruka-sensei told me!"

Raikage: "Then why are you trying to leave?! You three are the biggest idiots I have ever seen!"

Aoi: "Excuse me?"

How dare you include me! I didn't do anything. Wait, hold on, maybe that's why I'm an idiot to him. Hehe

Naruto: "I can't sit around while everyone is out sacrificing their lives for me! If we win the war, but they all end up dead...!!!"

He took a deep breath, no surprise, he's desperate to save his friends and everyone, so he ended up yelling louder than Raikage, and that's a feat.

Naruto: "...It's all meaningless!!!! I won't stand for it!!!!"

They argued some more before deciding words won't come through to the other. Naruto tried to convince even Tsunade, but she wouldn't budge either. I didn't help Naruto either, since he has to overcome this obstacle, but when Raikage said he was going to kill Naruto, I snapped.

Raikage: "If you insist, I'll kill you where you stand!"

The earth started shaking under the pressure of my killing intent and Bee put his hands up, backing away. I breathed out through my nose, letting out a chilling air. I approached them and locked eyes with Raikage. He saw his own death at that very moment.

Aoi: "I think you have forgotten what I told you last time... I am not going to stop you from trying to prevent Naruto from going to the battlefield, but you dare say you're going to kill him, in front of me?"

I was just an inch away from his head, baring my teeth. Raikage started sweating a little when he saw Tsunade backing away, as she knew not to displease me. Bee then stepped in, out of fear for his brother's life. He calmed me down and had a talk with Raikage. 

It seemed to have calmed him down.

...or not.

He attacked Naruto, who tried to pass him once again and this time Naruto succeeded.

Naruto: "I won't screw up, If I fail, the world loses a saviour, so I'll get this right, just like my dad did, as the last saviour taught me to!"

Raikage: "I wanted to test you, in my own way...I came at you with the intent to kill, you're only the second person to dodge my top speed punch...it seems our saviour is alive and well...inside you...get going"

Naruto: "Yes sir!"
