The nine were taken aboard a cylindrical ship with three big engines. The gummiship was attached to it underneath. They went to the cockpit to see just how they would get from Coruscant to the world called Geonosis. They weren't expecting to see the stars stretch in front of them only to get thrown into a cerulean tunnel. They separated into their trios and went to what they were told was a conference room. A hologram of Mace Windu was there telling other holograms of other Jedi where they would be placed. He looked at the three trios.

"Ah, good," he said, acknowledging them, "you nine will be split into groups of three, which I see you already are."

A hologram of where Obi-wan was being held appeared on the table. It was an arena that reminded Sora, Roxas, Ven, Aqua, and Terra of the Olymus Coliseum. It was on a map with a compass on the side.

"Team Riku, Sora, and Kairi," he continued, "you will be stationed here. Team Terra, Aqua, and Ventus, you'll be stationed here. And team Axel, Roxas, and Xion will be here. On my signal, we reveal ourselves and rescue Obi-wan."

A gray dot appeared at the north side of the arena, and a brown and red dot appeared that divided the arena into thirds. They all assumed the dots were based on their hair colors and briefly wondered if the colors would have changed if they had gone into different groups.

"Windu," Terra said, "what do we know about Geonosis?"

"It's a desert world. The sand of the planet it rich in metals and the bug like Geonosians don't take too kindly to visitors."

"Well that's comforting."

"We'll be out of hyperspace in a half hour. Be ready."

The holograms disappeared. The trios waited in the ship's cockpit for them to exite hyperspace. Once it did they were awestruck at the giant orange world with a ring around it in front of them.

"Guess this is Geonosis," Axel said.

"Let's move," Terra said, "we need to get to our positions."

They went to the gummiship and flew with a bunch of little ships that looked like arrow tips to the surface. They landed a ways outside of the arena. Out of the little ships, many Jedi came out of them. They all journeyed to the arena and the trios parted ways to where Windu had them stationed.

In the arena and saw three people and three monsters. One person was attempting to ride one that had three horns, another was kneeling on one of the three remaining stone pillars out of reach of a cat looking monster, and the third was fighting a green monster. Eventually the one riding the beast managed to get it to follow his orders and the horned beast killed the cat beast. The person jumped from the pillar onto the beast. The one fighting the green beast ran to the horned beast after an attempted attack failed. The trios recognized what came rolling into the arena as the same kind of robot, or droids as Obi-wan had called them, that attacked Obi-wan in his transmission.

(A/N: I'm going to be splitting into simultaneous POVs focusing on each trio.)

Sora and Kairi were immediately ready to go save them. Riku had to hold them back.

"Wait," Riku said, "we have to wait for Windu's signal."

"But where even is he?" Sora asked.

They scanned the arena and saw a purple blade in a place that held what looked like royalty. Around the arena more lightsabers ignited with blades of blue and green.

"I guess that's the signal," Riku said.

They all summoned their keyblades. Before they could jump down they heard mechanical feet falling in a pattern behind them. They turned around and saw droids that were bipedal and completely silver in appearance. They pointed their arms toward the three and red lasers began firing out of them. The three began blocking the lasers straight back into the droids, ending them. They turned around and saw Windu jumping into the arena. The three leapt down and were joined by other Jedi. Out of the gates nearby came more droids. Some looked like the ones they had just fought while others were red and looked somewhat fragile. They charged with the Jedi and clashed with the droid forces. Their keyblades cut through the droids like it was nothing. Even the magic they were casting on the droids was felling them easily. At one point the droids weren't paying them any mind, so they all focused and rained a shotlock on them. Light summoned by Kairi fell from the sky wiping out large numbers of droids. Dark fire shot out of Riku's keyblade, destroying many droids. And rainbow colored light fired from Sora's keyblade taking out many droids. There wasn't time for respite because the droids just kept coming. They saw that many Jedi had fallen.
