"Can we talk Ms. Salazar?" 

Napatingin ako sa unahan kung nasaan ang prof namin. Batid kong napalingon din sa akin ang mga blockmates ko kaya parang tinubuan ako ng kaba sa dibdib. "S-sure, Sir." I said as I fixed my things and stood up. 

Sinundan ko siya sa faculty at nakita kong naroon din ang iba pang prof namin sa department. 

"We were planning to have an event at the end of the month. And somebody told us you are a freelancer host, Am I right?" napatango na lang ako sa sinabi ng prof ko. I think I know how this conversation will go.

"Can we hire you as a host? Don't worry, we have a budget for your talent fee. The organization will provide you that." 

"Sure sir, I'll just ask my manager about this," I said. He just nodded and smiled. 

Nang matapos ang maikling paguusap agad kong tinawagan si Josh. 

"Love," masigla kong sabi. 

"I was about to call you Love,"  the tone of his voice was the same as mine. It seems that he was in a good mood. 

"Do you have good news no?" I asked and chuckled. "You really know me huh?" 

"Magiisang taon na tayo, kaya baka kahit pagutot mo tukoy ko." I joked and heard him chuckled. "Actually, I have a piece of good news and bad news. Which one do you want to hear first?" 

"Uhm, good news?" sabi ko at naupo sa may gilid ng shed. "I am trending on twitter right now,"  napasinghap ako sa sinabi niya. "Oh my God," I said gladly. "Omg why?" dagdag ko. 

"My readers want me to have a meet and greet for 3 days, can you imagine that?" napakagat ako sa labi sa sobrang excited sa sinabi niya. "And all the expenses will be provided by the publishing company that I am working with," 

"The one who published your latest book?"

"Yes, they said that it was just a thankful gesture because my book was successful and their income increases," 

"Wow" yoon lang ang nabanggit ko sa lahat ng sinabi niya. I was so overwhelmed. Sobra akong nagagalak sa sinabi niya. "I am so proud of you, Love." sabi ko at ramdam ko ang panluluha ng aking mga mata. I was so happy for him because I witnessed how busy and exhausted he was. Pinagsasabay niya yoon and his acads, lalo pa ngayon na graduating siya. 

 "Love?" sabi ko nang mapansin kong tumahimik ang kabilang linya.

"It's very satisfying when you heard that your love one is proud of you,"  he said and I chuckled. Even we are together for a year now, I just can't use to his cheesiness. 

"I am so proud of you, always," I said and smiled. "Anyways how about the bad news?"
