I hear a knock on the door, so I got up and went to answer it and it was Danny,
"Ready to go?" he asked
"Yeah for sure." I said as I grabbed my purse and went out behind him
"What movie do you want to see?" he asked me he opened my door
"Thanks" I said and smiled "and Texas Chainsaw 3D?"
"Sounds good" he said and we headed off
When we got there we both went to different areas, I purchased the tickets and Danny got the snacks, but which knows what he'll come back with. After I purchased the tickets I went to go meet danny, no more than a few seconds later I saw him standing there with two drinks and the biggest bag of popcorn they had. All I could do was laugh
"What?" he asked
"Big enough bag?" I say as I point to popcorn
"I like popcorn gosh and besides we're sharing."
"Okay." I smiled and started walking towards the table so we could until the doors were open.
Danny usually gets a lot of attention in public places because him and his friend were in a band and recorded covers and put them on the Internet, I never actually met his other friend before but he was pretty cute. Danny and I agreed that since we were best friends that it was okay to hold hands in public, but we aren't dating. I know Danny hasn't had such great experiences with girls in the past and I don't want random chick's all over him because I'm not letting them break my best friends heart. He knows that I try to protect him and I'm sure he appreciates it, I would never let him get hurt not on my watch. All of a sudden we see some girls in the distance and I think they might approach us, I grab Danny's hand and motion him to go. I hold his hand and lead him to the theater, the girls were following us still so I did what I had to do and kissed him on the cheek. We quickly entered the auditorium where the movie was playing and I handed danny his glasses.
"Thanks back there." he said as we headed up the stairs to find a chair.
"No problem that's what best friends are for." I said as we sat down.
As the movie went on a bunch of people were screaming at the scary parts, mostly girls. I didn't find it all that scary but it was intense. I love scary movies, they're my favorite kind. When the movie was over danny and I headed to the car so we could go home
"Were you even scared in there?" Danny asked me and he got into the car.
"Nah, I love scary movies. Just intense mostly, I don't scared often."
Danny and I talked the entire way home, I really enjoy spending time with him. What seemed like only 10 minutes I was home, Danny walked me to the door like he usually does. We said goodbye and hugged, but this time it was longer than normal but I didn't mind because he gave the best hugs ever. I went upstairs and got ready for bed, once I hit my pillow my vision started getting blurry than a few moments later I was fast asleep.
