*Few months later*
Last month the four of us moved to Ontario, we moved to Niagara Falls so that if we ever wanted to go back to America we could and we had better benefits here. Tonight Paul and I were going out to the bar, I loved going on dates with him.
*Few hours later *
Paul and I left the house around ten and walked down the road to the bar. We ordered a few drinks and had a good time.
"I'll be right back babe." I told him and kissed him
"Alright hurry back."
I walked to the bathroom and went to go over to Paul but stopped dead in my tracks. There he was making out with another girl. I instantly started to cry, has the past two years meant nothing to him? I gave that boy everything. I went up to him.
"Fuck you! I hate you, here's your ring back. We're over Paul."
I ran out the bar still crying and ran home. I burst through door and ran to my room and packed my stuff, I don't know where I was going to go but anywhere was better than here.
*Alex's POV*
Danny and I were sat on the couch casually watching tv when we heard the door open. We looked over and it was Kailey and she was crying and alone, she came in and ran upstairs.
"Danny let's go see what happened." I tell him
He nods and we head upstairs, we quietly go over to her and Paul's room and open the door. She was sitting there on the floor still crying, she covered her face with her hands. Than Danny noticed something different.
"Her ring is missing Alex." he says and points over to her.
By this point I was worried for my best friend, we walked over and sat down beside her.
"What happened." I ask her
"Paul cheated on me, that's what happened." She said still upset.
"What!?"
"Yes, I told him I would be right back and when I came back he was making out with another girl. I gave him the ring back and broke up with him. I don't understand what I did, I gave him everything. I feel like those last two years were just phased out, so I'm leaving for a while and don't know when I'm coming back." she tells us
"Wow what a jerk and you didn't do anything. It wasn't your fault at all and be safe please." I tell her
"I can't believe that he did that to you, he's never been like that before. I'm sorry for what he did."
"I will be safe, I promise. I'll call everyday and it's okay Danny, seems like he's better off without me."
But when she said that last part she started crying again. We said goodbye and went to bed. Tomorrow she would be gone and we would have to deal with Paul.
