I sat on the bed waiting for her to pick up, I paced back and forth.
"Hello." she answers
"Hey babe."
"How are you.?"
"I'm good, I miss you terribly. I can't wait until I can come home and see you. How about you?" I say
"I miss you tons too and nothing much."
"Listen I have to tell you something"
"What is it? She asks sounding nervously
"Don't be so nervous first of all, it's nothing bad and the reason I called is well I miss you but I wanted to let you know to go pack your suitcase."
"Why do you want me to do that?" She asks
"We're going back to Paris, I'm taking you for your birthday."
"Paul you really don't have to, we can just have a small get together here.
"I have to do this, once you find out your surprise you'll understand."
"Alright I trust you. When will you be home?" She asks
"Next week than we can spend a few days together until we leave to go to Paris."
"Okay, I just really miss you"
"I really miss you too. I have to go now, I'll call again before I leave. I love you." I say
"I love you too. Goodbye."
"Goodbye." I say than hang up the phone.
In two days I decided that I'm going to go buy the ring so it's bought and hidden before the trip. Since all of us were going to be sharing a room, we'd have two to a bed. I had no problem at all sharing a bed with my lovely girlfriend, my also possible near-to-future fiancée. The day will be like so; We sleep in in the morning, we do whatever for the afternoon, than we go on a long romantic walk on the streets of Paris, go out for dinner and get champagne, and to end the day we go to the Eiffel Tower we take some pictures. I get Alex to distract kailey than when she turns around I'll be on one knee with the ring asking her to marry me than one minute before midnight we will kiss and it'll last until 12:01 so we can end the year perfect and begin the new one perfect. A benefit of her being born on the last day of the year.
