I look at Alex and I could tell she was getting anxious waiting for me to tell her what happened.
"Okay so what happened!?" She asked half excited and half curious
I laugh " Okay I'll tell you just don't tell anyone."
"Promise."
"Alright so there was one time during the vacation where I couldn't sleep so Danny and I cuddled than uh."
"Uh what?" She asked curiously
"Well.... We both fell asleep, so I basically slept with him."
Her eyes widen "Are you being serious!"
I was embarrassed "Yes I'm being serious... But it's not like we meant to."
"Oh my, what else happened?" She asked
"Well a few days later we were playing truth or dare on his phone and I got a dare saying 'Kiss the closest person to you on the lips of course I was scared as hell, but something got over me than I kissed him for a while than we started making out. After I told him that I loved him. Oh and two days ago we kissed under the fireworks. We kissed often over these past two weeks but we aren't going out."
"Awe Kailey! You and Danny are cute, how come you guys aren't going out yet?" She asked
"I don't know, like we both love each other but I think we're too close to actually be something."
"I think it'd be cute." She says smiling
"You not the only one." I say than laugh
We kept talking about the rest of my vacation and other random stuff, after a while I went downstairs and ordered pizza for the both of us
*Fifteen minutes later*
I hear a knock on the door and go to answer it, I take the pizza than and hand the man the money. After a few minutes I hear my phone go off, so I go over and checked. It was a text message from danny
*Hey guess what*
*What?* I text him
*Paul is going to be here tomorrow, he's moving back*
*That's amazing! I'm looking forward to meeting him*
*Of course you are*
What was that supposed to mean?
I smile,
"Hey Alex, guess what!" I say
"What?" She asks
"Danny's other best friend is moving here so we get to meet him."
"Sounds fun."
Danny's text was probably one of the best, I thought Paul was pretty cute. I hope we will hit off really well, but only time will tell.
