*Six weeks later*
Christmas was approaching soon and I had no clue what to get Paul. We've been dating for about four months now but it feels like longer. I knew that Paul really did love me and I didn't have to worry about anything. I didn't want to get him something that he wouldn't like. I grabbed my laptop and searched ideas on what to get him but found nothing.
"Alex". I call out
She comes over to my room "What?"
"I have no clue on what to get Paul for Christmas. Do you have any ideas?" I ask
"Get him a bracelet or something." She suggested
"Good idea, I'm going to get something engraved on it." I say than she goes back to her own room
I searched jewelry stores nearby and found a really nice bracelet, 'I will always love you - K.N ' was the engravement that I was going to put on it. I placed an order for it and prayed to God that he'd like it.
*Christmas Day*
My parents were surprisingly home for Christmas this year. I'm glad we could all be together today. We all stay in bed until 10 am, I loved sleeping in any day of the year. No one believed in Santa anymore so we didn't have to wake up early just to see what he brought us. I slowly get out bed and text Paul and Danny to wish them a merry Christmas. They were both coming over tonight so I could give them their gifts.
*Few hours later*
I ran to the door and opened it to see both of them standing there, I hugged both of them as they walked In. It was just the four of us here for now since my parents went out for a Christmas party. We all sat around the tree and started the present giving, Paul and I ending up giving ours to each other last.
"Here Babe." I say and hand him his present
I watch him open it
"Thanks babe I love it." he says than reads the engravement "I will always love you too."
He gives me my gift and I slowly open it and see a small jewelry box. Inside was a pair of the most beautiful earrings I've ever seen.
"Awe babe, this is the best present ever."I say than go over and kiss him. "Thank you."
We go over and sit in front of the fireplace with hot chocolate and blankets.
