"Are you gonna be good for Grandma?"Louis cooed as he crutched down infront of Fletcher who was staring up at his Papa with tears in his blue eyes that looked just like Louis.It was Louis' first day of university,after a lot of begging and pleading for him to go from Liam and Niall,he finally decided on going when he realised that Fletcher was no longer constantly needing him and was going to be independent soon (or well Louis didn't think that,Liam told him that so of course he still didn't believe that).

After a lot of thinking,he decided on being that English teacher that he wanted to be,and with all of his GCSEs and A levels that he had,he was qualified enough to be any teacher that he desired,but he picked English because why not?He was good at the subject.he enjoyed it,and he knew that he would have no problem teaching it.Zayn was also going to be accompanying Louis on his first year of university,although Zayn was going to get the same teaching degree just for the subject History,he would still be sharing most of the classes that Louis had which Louis was glad of because he was sure that he'd die on his own.

"Go wif,"Fletcher whined behind his dummy as he made grabby hands at his papa making Louis frown and sigh as he brought the toddler over and hugged him,pressing soft kisses to his baby's soft hair.Fletcher had some type of unhealthy attachment towards Louis,he always wanted to be close to his papa or at least in his sight,Louis knew that it was going to be hard when he was going to enrol him into nursery but that was a year and a half away.Fletcher just had a little bit of separation anxiety when it came to both of his parents.

"No bubba,you gotta stay with Grandma,Daddy will pick you up,"Louis sighed pressing another kiss to Fletchers forehead before pulling away,his lips puckered a little as Fletcher pecked them with a small smile.Louis picked the toddler up as he got up from his crouch position,placing another kiss to him before handing him over to Karen who was just smiling at the scene infront of her.She couldn't help but coo at how gentle her sons were to her grandson,when it was Lima it was if he was a hole different person when it came to Fletcher.

With a couple more kisses,goodbyes and a list of things for Karen to do if Fletcher gets restless,Louis was soon leaving the house,getting into his car and driving to the university he was now attending.It wasn't as if he wouldn't know anyone in the university,he knew quite a lot due to the fact that most of the students from his high school went there,that and Niall,Michael,Luke and Harry have been going there for nearly a year and a half now.It was strange,he's just Spent 20 months looking after another living human and now he was going to university,to learn to be a teacher just to go back to the high school that he wanted to get away from.

"Ah!Hello baby boy!"Liam cooed as he scooped up the giggling mess of his son who was clutching to Liams shirt as he was tickled around the sides by his daddy.Karen stood in the hallway with a smile on her face ready to leave for the day so she could go home and make dinner for her and Geoff.It felt strange,she was only cooking meals for herself and Geoff and no longer two teenage boys (even if Louis didn't eat the food she still made enough for four because she knew that Liam would have it scoffed down in no time).It hurt her heart,when Nicola left she was sad,but she knew that she had another daughter and two sons,then Ruth left.she was equally upset,and now Liam and Louis both left and her best was empty.

"Thanks for looking after him mum,"Liam smiled softly at his mum as she pressed a soft kiss to her eldest sons stubbly cheek.

"It was my pleasure dear,I love spending time with my only grandchild,"she hummed as he ran her fingers through Fletchers dark brown hair that was much like Liams.In her eyes Fletcher was a perfect Mixture of both parents,leaning towards Louis a little more so though."Speaking of grandbabies,when will I be expecting another one?"She asked with such fondness in her tone as he watched her eldest son scrunch up his face.

"Another child?I don't think we will expecting another child for a long time mum,"Liam scoffed as he moved Fletcher up his hip a little,letting the toddler play with his larger hands,memorised at how large they were compared to his or his papas,because his papa had very small hands."One is enough,"he nodded to himself as he kissed the crown of Fletchers head.

"So are you saying if Louis came home this evening and told you that he was pregnant,That you'd disown him?"Karen questioned with a raised eyebrow.She wouldn't allow that to happen,and she wasn't entirely sure if Liam would disown Louis counting on his reaction when the younger found out tang he was pregnant with Fletcher.She was sure if it wasn't for her and her motherly instincts that Liam would've found himself in Mexico under a new name by now,wanting nothing to do with Louis or Fletcher whatsoever.

"Of course not!Jeez mum,you make me sound like I'm some selfish bastard,"Liam grumbled,not caring if he was swearing infront of his mum and his son,it needed to be said and was in the right context."I would be equally delighted if I found out that Louis was pregnant,I just know that after our stupid mistake that that won't happen until Louis is already teaching and Fletcher is in school,"The taller found himself saying.

"You never know what's around the corner Liam,"and with that she left with a kiss to Fletchers forehead and a kiss to Liams cheek,leaving a confused looking Liam to manage the hungry toddler that had resorted to eating Liams fingers off.
