A couple of hours earlier...

3rd Person POV

A-chan: " Yagoo-sama..."

As usual, Yagoo is sitting in his office fantasizing about his idol dream. While A-chan is just standing behind him looking a little puzzled and a same time worried.

Yagoo: " What is it A-chan, something on your mind bothering you?"

A-chan: " I just don't understand how making Y/N-sama as our manager was a good idea." She replies.

Yagoo: " Hmm? What do you think would have been a good option?"

A-chan: " I suppose it would've been better if we made him as one of our talents or maybe offered a partnership with him instead, that way it would have benefited us and him more."

Yagoo pauses.

Yagoo: " Hmm I do understand where you're coming from. But offering him to be one of our talent is already pointless since the public already knows his identity, and I did try offering him a partnership but he was having a hard time accepting it. That's why I offered him a much easier route for him to take." He explains.

A-chan: " But why would he want to work for us as a manager? Wouldn't it just be a hinder of his time and purpose of coming to Japan? Being a manager wouldn't benefit him financially at all." She projects.

Yagoo looks at A-chan.

Yagoo: " Actually, asking him to work as our manager is the best choice. He already entered the Headquarters, that means he will be forced to work inside the company in order to keep his memories of the girls he met. Doing a Partnership is only a temporary contract, which means it's bound to end at some point. Do you get what I mean?"

A-chan pauses to think of the correct answer.

A-chan: " You're saying that we will still be forced to remove his memories if he offered a Partnership?"

Yagoo: " Exactly. A Partnership is not enough reason to let him inside the Headquarters, he needs to be one of our personal trusted workers in order to give him the rights to know about the secret of our Headquarters." He smiles.

A-chan: " I see... It makes sense now... So the girls planned all of this to happen huh?" A-chan says while holding her glasses.

Yagoo: " Ahhh the hearts of young maidens is just too beautiful!"

A-chan: " I'll go talk to him later about the works of managers then. I'm pretty sure he's not gonna find them easy."

Yagoo: " Ah we should avoid giving him too much work. I only assigned him to handle 1 idol so he wouldn't be pressured."

A-chan tilts her head.

A-chan: " Are you saying that we shouldn't give him the usual 'to do lists' of our managers?"

Yagoo: " Yes... I only want him to look after that 1 idol hehe..."

A-chan: " Ehhhh?? But that would just be freeloading!" A-chan raises her voice.

Yagoo: " If we give him too much work then he wouldn't have time to spend time with the other talents."

A-chan: " Huh? But why would we want him to spend time with the talents during work time?" She's even more confused now.
