It is way past 12:00am, and it is 1:08am now, and Mara wakes up to use the bathroom and notices that Mala is not in her bed. She figures that she must be in the bathroom, and she goes to knock on the door, but there is no light on. She opens the door and discovers that she is not in there. Mara gets frantic and starts searching all the rooms and calls out her name in a low voice so she would not wake up the rest.
"Mala? Mala? Are you here," she said, getting no answer. Mara quickly darts to her parents bedroom.
"MOMMY, MOMMY," She yells out.
"What dear? We are trying to get some sleep," Khara said, waking up.
"I THINK MALA HAS BEEN KIDNAPPED," she shouts.
"What? What are you saying?" Khara asked.
"She's not in her room, or anywhere in the house, I've searched all over for her and can not find her," she informs.
Abe and Khara searches the house to see if Mara was telling the truth.
"You're right, she's gone, we need to call the police now," Khara demanded.Author Ciara Webb
