''Are you sure you don't want me to go with you? You know I can always move my meetings and—"

"Baby, I'm fine. Nayeon unnie and Momoring would accompany me later and besides, you've been missing a lot of meetings lately just because of me"

"You're not a just,Mina"

"Silly,Now go and—"

"But—"

"No buts,Chaeng. I'll be fine baby"

I heard Chaeyoung heaved a deep sigh before I felt her warm body pressed into mine

"Fine but promise me that you'll be safe. Don't skip your lunch and call me if you need anything or if anything went wrong and—"

"Baby,I'll be fine..I promise. Now go or you'll be late for work"

I broke the warm hug between us and after a second, I felt a peck on my temple.

"I'll be going then.I love you,Mina"

"I love you too,baby.."

I smiled again as I carefully went back inside our house using the stick that guides me.

It's been almost three months after we came back home. So far, things are going great between us. Chaeyoung and I were still working things out slowly and I am more than glad that somehow, everything is falling into it's right places

Chaeyoung decided to get someone who'll assist me personally especially when she's off to work. She's slowly getting busy at work again lately but she still màke sure to take care of me which I'm so grateful for

Sometimes, I feel helpless and useless for being trapped into this darkness again but Chaeyoung always told me why I shouldn't. She always comforts me and tells me anything that could make me feel better and it's really helping.

She always find the best words to say and best things to do just to help me feel better

A month ago, We decided to seek advices and undergone some check ups and tests for my eyes. This time, we went for a couple of doctors and different hospitals just to make sure what is really happening and what would be the best options and they all end up with the same suggestion.

Corneal grafting.

Corneal transplantation or Corneal grafting, is a surgical procedure where a damaged or diseased cornea is replaced by donated corneal tissue.

The doctors says It's accuracy and success rate is around 91% but donors aren't that plenty and they're even hard to find. It always takes time because most of the donors came from deceased persons who decided to donate their cornea when they passed away. Sadly, most family members of the deceased donors declines to donate their loved ones' organ when the donor dies which makes it nearly impossible for the transplant to happen.

A living donor can also donate their cornea but it's a very rare case according to the doctors because donating cornea simply means loosing their own eyesight

I was nudged out of my thoughts when I heard Momoring. I guess they're already here to pick me up

"Are you ready mommy Mina? Baby Yuna is already waiting for you.."

I smiled after hearing Nayeon unnie.

This is the reason why I don't want Chaeyoung to accompany me today because the girls and I were going to the orphanage where our little angel is waiting. I'll be surprising Chaeyoung about our little angel today
