The rest of the week came by as a blur. All that Nick could remember was that he was starting to be happy. Genuinely happy. He noticed that Sabrina was too. Maybe not all the time, but at times like these, they'll take what they can get. He knew she was still worried about the Eldritch Terrors but not as worried as Ambrose was. Who seemed like he was 24/7 in a worried state. Sabrina was more worried of Sabrina Morningstar, for she still had her nightmares. She was no longer waking up to words of regret of letting the other Sabrina go, but she would wake up sobbing, and would cling to his comfort. It was progress but he still worries for her. However, when she smiled and just got on with the day, he could feel that it was genuine. And for that he was thankful. Especially because things were going really well between them.

"I'm just trying to enjoy the moment, and live my life. With you by my side." She told him once, when she caught him staring at her and then he asked her why she looked so happy. This earned her a kiss which might've led elsewhere if not for Ambrose walking in with a snort and a "Honestly cousin, you don't us talking about your sex life and yet you and Nicholas here can't keep it to yourselves." Sabrina tried to hex him but Ambrose quickly placed a barrier spell around him. And he just enjoyed more of their teasing and bickering, which was rare nowadays.

As for the other 2 Spellmans, namely Hilda and Zelda, he hasn't really seen much of them. Hilda, being newly wed of course, was still in their honeymoon phase. Although she would pop in and out every now and then with good food. She was treating him just fine. Sabrina said that on one of the days that he was on training, and she had no one left to wait with, she went over to Dr. Cerberuses' and they said a small chat. Apparently, Hilda said she'd give him another chance, but only if he redeemed himself. Sabrina said there was no need for it because she has already forgiven him. But according to mortal books that he's read, it's better to be on good terms with the family of your girlfriend.

This made him wonder about the offer of Zelda Spellman. If he was to accept it, then perhaps, he'd be redeemed. But this was an offer that Zelda made and not Hilda. And they are both very different. Plus, he did remember Zelda saying that she'd want him for her niece, so maybe he didn't really need to try hard with her.

When he told Sabrina of her Aunt's offer, she didn't exactly approve or disapprove. She just said, "Well it does makes sense if you take her offer." And then a playful glint in her eyes appeared. "I never thought I'd be dating a teacher though." She grinned.

The Spellmans aside, being Captain of the Wrestling team is really making him happy. Of Course it lessens the time he could've had with his girlfriend but he reminded himself that he was doing this for him. Plus, he noticed that spending a bit of time apart makes him miss her more, which is always worth it when they are reunited at the end of the day.

There are still a lot of things in the mortal world that confuses him. Especially the little box that they use to communicate with each other. He's seen the Spellmans use a telephone and he's read all about them, but he never thought he'd use one, let alone a cellphone. After his first training with the team, they all asked for his phone number, especially the coach. He didn't have one so he told them the truth. He thought that that would settle it and it will never be brought up again but apparently, it was really needed. So, after that day, he told Sabrina that he needed a phone number. And Sabrina went on and on explaining that he also needs to have a phone if he were to have one and the pros and cons of it in the mortal world. She also explained how it works and how he could use it to talk to his team members. She laughed at him at some point and straightened out his scrunched eyebrows.

She dragged him the next day to town so they could buy him a cellphone of his own. He spent the afternoon learning what he could with the tiny box thing and by the end of the day, he was able to send text messages and call Sabrina on her phone. It was all interesting but he still preferred the way he and Sabrina would communicate with her pen. And he didn't really need to call her, for he could just teleport to where she is. Sabrina said they have to be careful since they are probably surrounded with other people all the time. He countered it by saying that they could just use a memory charm on them but then again, he was trying to live in a mortal world so, might as well try being one.
