Sabrina stirred in her sleep. She felt the wind blowing in her ears. After a few seconds, she realized that it wasn't the wind and that they were words being said to her in a whisper.
"Babe, wake up."
It was Nick's voice. She slowly moved her hand to find him and she pursed her lips. After a few seconds, his lips were on hers, giving her a light kiss and she wrapped her arms around him. She opened her eyes and saw him smiling widely at her.
"Good morning, gorgeous."
"Morning." She managed to say back as she pursed her lips again asking for another kiss.
He willfully obliged, and when their lips parted, "Spellman, you know I'd love nothing more but to stay here and kiss you all day but I think your Aunts are waiting for us at the Academy."
Then she remembered that another Eldritch Terror had arrived last night and that today, they were on duty to keep an eye on those who will be back from the grave.
"Right. What time is it?" She looked at her bedside clock and before Nick could answer, "I overslept!" she groaned.
Nick chuckled and he sat up. "Well, you looked so peaceful in your sleep that I didn't want to wake you, babe. I just thought you could sleep in a little bit more." He took her hand and gave it a kiss. "It's the first time that you haven't woken up from nightmares."
She realized this and smiled. The events of last night came back to her. She sat up and also gave a kiss on his hand. "Thank you," She said as she moved closer and tangled her hands with her hair. "For staying by my side."
"Always, Spellman. As long as you want me."
Then she noticed that his hair was wet.
"You already took a shower." She stated.
"I did. I figured I might as well, thinking that you'd want us to relieve your Aunt once you've woken up."
She nodded. "Yeah, I might as well get up and get in the shower too." She said as she started to move.
"I'll meet you down in the kitchen." Nick stood up. "Shall I reheat the lasagna from last night or are you okay with eating it from the fridge?"
She turned to face him with a questioning look.
"I still can't cook, so we're eating leftovers."
She chuckled. "I know babe, and it's fine but do you know how to reheat it?"
He seemed to think about it for a moment, no doubt searching his brain if he'd come across it before in his readings. Then he let out a disappointed face. "Using your Aunt's oven? No." Then his face suddenly brightened up. "But I think a warming spell might do it."
She went over to him and smiled. It's too early in the morning for him to be this adorable and she couldn't help but give him another kiss.
"What's that for?" He asked with a face that looked like he was trying to figure her out.
She just smiled at him. "I'm fine with eating it from the fridge."
He nodded. "Got it." He chased her lips for another kiss before heading down to the kitchen.

After they'd had their breakfast, they headed straight to the Academy. When they arrived, they decided to split up and look where her Aunt Hilda had been monitoring the crystal ball. Sabrina decided to head straight to Zelda and Nick decided to check all the possible rooms that they could've used. After opening 3 doors that were empty, he finally found a small room, with a small table and a sofa. And there was Hilda, who was up and fidgety.
