Chapter 13

I didn't know where to go. Daisy had disappeared. Teleported away, most likely. Lord Julian had been set on finding Bizaria Melville, which wasn't an easy task apparently. The last place she had been seen was her home, more than 1 year ago.

Bring me to the Melville Residence in Lost Lagoon please.

It was a simple sentence in my brain, but when I teleported there, I didn't expect to land in the lake.

"Ahh!" I cried out. I was surrounded with seaweed and rocks as I made my way up to the shore. There was practically nobody in sight. Only one family making sandcastles, oblivious to the fact that I had just plunked into the water in front of them.

Hmm...

I gathered up my strength and formed a pathway. All I could see in front of me was the bottom of the lagoon, as the water had paved a way for me to walk. I spent the next few hours asking around for Bizaria. But nobody had seen her. I was bummed. Honestly, I was starting to regret leaving Lord Julian's cabin.

Maybe I should go back.

"Hello, are you lost?"

I turned around and saw a girl with black hair, about Zack's age.

"Oh, um, no! I'm not. I'm just thinking," I said simply.

The girl smiled and then her eyes rested on the lagoon. "You're hydrokinetic, aren't you?"

I was taken aback. "Yeah, but how did you..."

"I saw the path you made in the lake. Besides, I am too."

"Really? I've never met anyone else who is," I admitted. Although, nobody really had 4 abilities like me.

"I'm Txunami Chao," the young girl beamed, thrusting her hand in front of her. I shook it.

"Clover Southland."

Txunami looked over to where her parents were. "I have to go now, but if you ever need another hydrokinetic, I'll be here waiting."

"Haha. I'll remember that. Thanks," I waved at her when she headed back to her family.
