As the axe came down an arrow suddenly planted itself in the orc's throat. The orc dropped his axe and reached for his throat. He made a gurgling noise right before he sagged through his legs. Utterly shocked I turned around to the place where the arrow came from. I saw my sister standing there with her bow in her hand, ready to kill another orc. She angrily looked at me while she stepped towards me. When she was close enough she started shouting: "How can you possibly be distracted when you're fighting for your life?!" I opened my mouth but closed it again as no words came. All at once we heard a crunched sound coming from the gate. As I turned around I saw kili pulling the lever to open the gate. With effort he jumped back into his barrel as the dwarves escaped through the gate. I saw the opportunity to escape from my sister's anger and jumped over the walls of defence chasing the dwarves. Soon the elves followed and so did the orcs. I was running so fast I felt my lungs burning. I tried to ignore the pain as I was shooting orcs on the other side of the river. Suddenly I saw my brother jumping from from one drawf's head to another dwarf's head while he was killing orcs. I didn't want to be distracted again so I didn't react on his heroic behaviour. I fixed my attetion on one of the orcs who was about to give the deathblow to one of our soldiers and I managed to slit the orc's throat and afterwards I killed his mate by planting my dagger between his eyes. After a while I heard a low male voice letting out a shout of joy. When I looked at the river the dwarves were gone, I could still see them thriving away from us. I was still able to see the leader of company throwing his hands in the air and letting out a shout of joy once more. They escaped, therefore I was pissed, nobody ever escaped from our dungeons for 100 years. But now thirteen stupid dwarves managed to escape anyway, for that my father will not be pleased.
