Only the sounds of Ming and Evangelia's breathing can be heard. They laid next to each other, Eva's fingers tangled in between Ming's short hair, playing with it while her head rested on Ming's chest. Ming's hands roamed up and down Eva's spine, eyes closed and breathing in Eva's scent.
After Ming finished sobbing, Eva's parents called them down to dinner. Ming kept a straight face throughout the dinner, and only engaged in conversation when she was spoken to. Eva kept her hand on Ming's thigh the whole time. God bless her.
They headed upstairs to Eva's room after they ate, and without words Ming laid back onto a propped up pillow, and Eva followed along, placing her head in the center of Ming's chest.
It was just silence between the two for around an hour. Eva shifted in Ming's arms, waking Ming from almost dozing off to sleep.
"Oops, sorry did I wake you?" Eva whispered softly.
Ming shook her head, stretching her arms over her head and checking the time. Ming chuckled when she saw the time, "Damn it's already 11pm."
"Oh, I didn't notice," Eva said flatly.
Ming gently pried Eva off her body, standing up from the bed. She looked down at Eva, muttering, "I'm gonna head home first, you get some rest."
She planted a soft kiss on Eva's forehead, standing upright again, she was held back by Eva grabbing her hand.
Eva's cheeks were flushed pink as she looked up into Ming's grey irises. "Ming, let me walk you out," she said gently.
Ming nodded. Hand in hand, they walked out of Eva's room and down the stairs, into the living room where Eva's parents sat in front of the TV.
Ming cleared her throat, croaking out goodbyes to Eva's parents. Eva shut her front door behind them, interlacing her hand with Ming's.
"May I borrow your phone for a second Ming?" Eva piped up, receiving a nod from Ming.
Taking Ming's phone into her hands, Eva typed out her phone number into Ming's contact list. Eva gave a small smile when she saw that her number was the only entry in Ming's contact list other than someone named "Max".
"Who's Max?" Eva chirped, looking at Ming. Ming smiled, snatching her phone back from Eva, she teased, "No going through my phone."
Eva frowned and pouted, her face too adorable for Ming to handle. Bending forward, Ming planted a small kiss on Eva's lips. Eva blinked, stunned by Ming's move.
Her body taking over her mind, Eva barely registered what she did next. Her body crashed against Ming, her lips finding Ming's, her arms wrapping around Ming as tightly as possible.
After a few moments of shock on Ming's side, Ming wrapped an arm around Eva's waist and kissed her back. The kiss got deeper, as Ming's other arm went up to grab Eva's neck.
"Hey hey, watch it," Eva teased in between kisses. Ming chuckled, kissing Eva harder. A groan erupted from Eva in response.
Finally pulling away from the kiss, Eva smirked. "So we kissed," Eva said. Ming nodded, biting her lip to contain all the joy that was bursting in her heart now.
"That makes me your girlfriend now yes?" Eva asked shyly, looking up at Ming while battling her eyelashes.
Ming sucked in a huge breath of air, here we go again, Eva battling her eyelashes. "Mm, don't battle your eyelashes at me," Ming stated.
Eva forcefully battled her eyelashes again, earning a tighter grip around her waist by Ming's arm. Their bodies were pressed close together now. Eva felt warm.
