Chapter 41: MAKE IT DONE

“It’s actually the other way around, you guys are the one who should surrender, or I’ll be playing Russian Rolette, with these.” Ikinasa ni Sasha ang dalawang baril sa magkabila nyang kamay.
Teka, did she even have those?
The woman on a labgown pushed her glasses and raised her left hand. Lumusob naman ang mga armed forces nya kaya wala kaming magawa kundi umatake nalang din.
Malaki at maluwag ang room kaya marami ding mapag-coveran, I ran behind the nuclear and hid myself tsaka nilagyan ng bala ang Turbo 8k ko. Yup, you heard it right.
Naglagay na rin ako ng pads saaking mga taynga, this gun ain’t gonna be friendly with human ear drums.
Kinasa ko na ang baril at pinaputok ito sa mga kalaban.
But before I could even snipe a 5th enemy, napansin ko ang logo sa mga uniform nila, isn’t that the Kazakhstan country logo?
These men are Government Armies!
“Sh*t!” I cursed when a bullet was about to hit my arm, so I took cover at sumilip muli.
This nuclear infront of me is not gonna explode pag natamaan ng bala diba? It’s bullet proof though!
But how is the Government army be one of the X Organization? Hindi kaya ang buong bansa ay nakipag-ugnayan sa X Organization? Or the Country itself is the X Organization? Impossible!
Pinaputok ko muli ang baril and it hit the last three targets, ibinulsa ko agad ang baril at lumapit sa gawi ni James, he was beating the woman on labgown na marunong din palang gumamit ng baril at nakipag-putukan.
“How do you control the Nuclear?” Malamig na tanong ni James sa babae.
He was pointing the gun on the forehead of the woman and- he was on top of her!
“I’m not going to tell you anything.” Nakangiting sagot ng babae.
“Then die worthless.”
Pumutok ang baril ni James and the woman’s forehead bleeded.
“Hey! Hindi mo dapat sya pinatay!” Sigaw ko kay James.
“There are still a lot of them here.” Saad ni James.
“Arrghh! We could’ve used her as a hostage. Idiot.” Inirapan ko ito at lumapit kay Shane.
It’s amazing to see how she wasn’t distracted nor hit by any of the gun shoots. Luckily evelyn was on her back assisting her.
“Hemera, what’re you up to?” Tanong ko.
“I’m trying to take control of the nuclear.” She replied.
Obvious na obvious that she was typing fast, on the other PC to the other, halos hindi ko na maintindihan ang mga galaw nya!
“Hmm. That’s quite interesting… Trying to take the Lab’s security?” Tanong ni Ivan at pinag-masdan ang PC.
“No.”
“Oh. I’m curious, What is it, Hemera?” Evelyn asked.
My forehead crumpled looking at Evelyn. It’s like… I can see sparkles and shimmers on her iris when she’s curious. Since when did she ever got curious on a Computer activity?
“Getting the account information and the access to the Nuclear’s activity.” Sagot ni Shane.
Woah. Can she really do that?
We heard the door opened kaya nabahala kami, but it was just Joshua and Cj so we stood down.
“We couldn’t get the thumb of the owner.” Cj said while catching his breath at itinaas ang isang puti na tablet.
“Uhh… Thumb?”
“Requires a fingerprint to open.” Saad din ni Josh.
What the hell?! They meant they tried to remove the thumb of the owner of the Tablet para mabuksan lang!? cant they just place the thumb of the person on the tab!?
“No… Eww.” Evelyn puked.
“The Access is in there?” Sasha asked, tumango naman si Cj.
Josh took out a used tape from his pocket.
“So… we got this instead.” Saad ni Josh.
“The F*ck is that?” James asked.
“We traced the Fingerprint.” Cj grinned.
They placed the Scotch tape on the home key of the tab and surprisingly, it opened!
“Well. Isn’t that Smart.” Komento ni Ivan.
“Nice! You’ve been using your brain cells after all!” Evelyn gave them a thumbs up. But they didn’t mind her.
“Ah. F*ck, lag.” Mura ni Cj.
“Press the home key”
“I-refresh mo.”
Lumapit si Evelyn at Pinatay ang tab, then she turned it on.
The guys blankly looked at her.
“What? The easiest way to remove the lagging is to shut it off and turn it back on.”
“F*ck you evelyn. Thank you.” Saad ni Cj at binitawan ang tab.
“Total Bullsh*t.” Added josh.
Nalukot agad ang noo ni Evelyn, I bet she just realized it.
“Tab’s lost. Shane is our only chance.” Saad ko.

We heard a loud blare at mga tauhan na nagtatakbuhan sa labas.
Lahat kami ay napa-atras when the Nuclear shook at naglabas ng usok.
“Shane?!”
“ginagawa ko na ang nakakaya ko, alright?” saad nito.
Biglang umingay ang system ng laboratory.
“Proceed to the exit, now. This is not a drill. I repeat this is not a drill. Proceed to the exit now, the nuclear is about to launch. This is not a drill.”
The roof ontop of us suddenly opened like a folding roof, and the air temperature in the room seem to get hotter.
“Sh*t! loading pa.” Mura ni shane.
We looked at the screen and it says ‘loading 5%’
What the hell?
“No no no! We’re doomed if we mess this up!” Evelyn screamed.
“Shut up, you’re like a Guinea pig screaming for help.” Iritadong saad ni James. He was the closest one on the nuclear at nakatutok lang sya dito na para bang may plano sya.
“James, get the hell out of there! Gusto mo bang sumabog ‘yang mukha mo!?” I hissed at him.
Does he really wanna die so bad?!
“No no no no no, NO SH*T! Connection lost, what the f*ck!?” dugtong-dugtong na mura ni Shane.
Oh my god. What the hell?
“F*CK!” Napamura na din ang mga lalake.
Shane kicked the computers at nataranta.
Oh my god I’m freaking out too. Sabi ko na nga ba’ng mas mabuti pa na tumakas nalang kami kesa masali pa!
“Gays and Barbies. Manahimik nga kayo. You’re not gonna die. At least not here.” Madiing saad ni James. He spit on the nuclear at hinarap kami.
“Hemera. How much time do we have before this thing launches?” Tanong ni James kay Shane na para ng nababaliw na nakaupo sa sahig. I’m turning insane too. My boyfriend at least won’t let us die here, but we’ll die anyway? Hahaha nababaliw na ako.
“Time. Oh there’s no point of asking, assh*le. We’ll die. We’ll die. Our thyroids will explode first. Ahahahah!”
Lumapit si James saakin and he held my jaw, I was snapped back to my reality when he inserted his tongue on my mouth and bit my lower lip.
WHAT THE HELL !?
Nasuntok ko agad ang mukha nya dahil sa gulat.
GOD, my heart beat is speeding up!
“F*ck James!” I swear, he doesn’t have to do that infront of his gang or my gang, lalo na’t meron si Sasha! Nakakahiya!
“Good Witch. You tell your pathetic computer nerd here because we f*cking need her brain in this situation. Alpha, Ace, take down those piece of sh*ts.” Utos ni James.
Ivan and Cj ran towards the door, ngayon ko lang napansin na Napakarami ng tao sa labas and they tried to get in, a little more budge at masisira na ang pinto.
I knelt down at sinampal ng malakas si Shane.
“Owwww Sh*t!”
“Ohh no! Queen why did you do that for?!” Evelyn asked.
“How much time do we have?”
“H-huh-? Ahm.. 10 minudos” Shane replied. She held her head and then- she was knocked down on the floor. What the hell?
“10 minutes, James. Now what!?”
“Hey! Where are you going?” rinig naming sigaw ni Josh.
Tinignan namin kung san sya nakatingin, It was Sasha infront of the Exit door na may dala-dalang Shotgun. She paused at nilingon kami, but she immediately ran away outside.

Susundan sana sya ni Josh, but james blocked him.
“No need to waste your time for her. Get a bucket of water and 6 meter Fabric.” Utos ni James kay Josh.
Gumalaw naman agad sya sa utos ni James.
“Hoy James, what are you planning to do?”
My forehead crumpled, james held my wrist at inilapit ako sa nuclear. I started to freak out again. The nuclear’s smoke is getting thicker and thicker by seconds.
“You see those tiny holes like pores on the nuclear’s body? That’s where the nuclear will suck in Microwaves through traveling the entire country, it will hit Russia, and Russia will fire to China, and china will fire back to Russia and will be a global catastrophe since both countries are the biggest countries, madadamay ang pilipinas and all of Asia.”
“How did you know that?”
“No time to explain kung pa’no ko nalaman. You need to get on top of the nuclear and open the pores.” Bulong ni James.
“What the hell? Ayoko!”
My god. Now he’s trying to kill me?!
“Trust me, hindi ka mamamatay dito.”
“I don’t trust you.”
“I promise.”
And that’s when I rolled my eyeballs. Did he just promised?
James was already carrying me, and heck! I was sitting on his shoulder!
No choice, sumakay nalang ako sa bomba at hinanap ang button. BUT WHERE?!
“Bilisan mo, we got 6 minutes left.” Ani James.
“On the second thought, get me the hell outta here!” I screamed. What the hell!? Sabog ata bituka ko dito eh!
James gave me a poker face. Sheesh, I’m overreacting again.
“James, nagbibiro ka ba? Walang pwedeng mapindot dito!” I hissed at him.
“Just touch it – anywhere. It can be touch screen.” Saad nito.
SERIOUSLY!?
Kinapa ko nalang ang ulo ng bomba, and just like what James said, touch screen nga.
I pressed the thing that says ‘Activate Stomata’ at tumalon agad pababa dun.
God, I would rather die on the ground than die on top of that titanic nuclear.
“Good Job, Baby.” Ani James and kissed my forehead. What the hell?
He’s back on calling me that AGAIN!?!?
“Shut up.”
Josh came back at may dala nga syang isang balde ng tubig at tela.
“Jeez, that a curtain?”
“Still a fabric.”
James got them at ibinuhos ang tubig sa Bomba, then he covered it with the Fabric at inubos ang tubig sa pagbasa ng tela.
“Hoy! Sasabog pa rin ‘yang bomba!” Sigaw ni Shane.
The nuclear began to shook quite faster at naglabas ng makakapal na usok.
“Ohh. Sh*t. Let’s run.” Biglang saad ni James. MY GOD!?
We didn’t argue with him at inalalayan si Shane para makatayo, James pulled ivan and cj to the exit door.
“5 minutes before it launhces!”
At naabot namin ang garage sa loob ng dalawang minuto.
We were unlucky to see no car, but we were lucky to find a Chopper!
“Go, go go!”
Sumakay agad kami doon, Shane was the one who piloted dahil hindi ako marunong, she didn’t waste a second and pulled the lever.
When we were nearly approx. 100 meter from the ground, napa-titig ako sa baba and-
“BOOGSSHHHHHH”
“Holy Satan.” Gulat na saad ni Evelyn.
The building exploded and I saw the whole thing. It nearly blew us away with the chopper.

“Phantom Gang to B*tches, buhay pa ba?” I heard Cj’s voice on the headphone that I’m wearing.
“Nakita nyo ba’ng Lumipad ang bomba?” asked shane.
“No.” I replied.
“Uh, why would it fly? It has no wings.” Biro muli ni Cj.
“Shut up dutchebag!” Napangiwi nalang kami sa sigaw ni Evelyn.
“No Hemera, I think the bomb already exploded?” added evelyn.
“It’s not gonna explode just like that. Ang hina ng pagsabog.”
“I already sealed it’s holes.” Saad din ni James.
“Sealed it’s holes? Eh ang shiny nun, paano naman yun magkakaroon ng butas?”
“Kahit na, dapat ay-”
