Capítulo II- El teller

Jude lived at North's workshop up until the age of thirteen. The curious little boy knew the in and outs of his workshop from secret entrances to where the elves keep their secret stacks of cookies. However, getting to the workshop was quite a bit of work even if you're not trying to break in. North's workshop lay on the cliffside on one of the highest mountains in the north pole. Right next to it was a small village for the yetis and elves.

To get to the workshop, Jude had small snowglobes that'll transport him to wherever he wanted. He rarely used them as North told him to be responsible. He hadn't told anyone about them, not even Ben, Mal, or Pandora. North gave them to Jude in case he ever felt homesick or wanted to visit.

Jude had told Mal a long time ago he'd take her to North's workshop. Mal was right next to him bundled up in layers of clothing. Luckily she didn't need to wear many, Evie had made her the perfect clothing that'll protect her from the freezing temperatures. He knew it was the right moment to take Mal today. Recently she had a block to her creativity, every time she would take out a piece of paper and pencil, she'd either look at it for hours or toss it in the trash after spending hours on the drawing.

"Come on, Mal. It's a teleportation device," Jude restated, holding the snowglobe in his hands.

Mal eyed the magical object again. The trust she held for Jude and the globe was two entirely different things. One was her boyfriend of ten months and the other was a magical object that could transport you to the other side of the world in a blink of an eye. "So? Who needs that when I could whip up a spell."

"But you need rhymes for that, I think you should be grateful I'm saving you time." Mal rolled her eyes. "Do you really want to take a scooter across the world?" he asked, a teasing tone was added to his question.

"It helped us get to Pandora didn't it?" she rebuked.

"I'm kidding, I'm kidding. It'd be easy and quick. You won't feel a thing, I've done it before many times." Jude slightly shook the snowglobe, snow softly swirled in the globe.

Mal groaned, tilting her head back, "Fine. Whatever, but if we end up stranded in the ocean, I'm not helping you."

"Yes! Thank you," he smiled. Jude grabbed Mal's hand. With his free hand, he shook the globe and whispered into it, "North's Workshop." The snow rapidly swirled in the globe, showing the small town at the workshop. He tossed it on the floor and a picture of it on the cliff appeared before it turned into green, yellow, and blue whirls.

Jude glanced at Mal, she was too busy gazing at the portal in awe. They stepped into it and nothing but sparkles and different colored hues covered their vision. Mal closed her eyes and when she opened them, nothing but the ice was beneath her feet.
