𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐝 [𝟏]

chapter nine.

     

     BACK IN the room, Josh puts down a picture. "None of this is random. It's Sarah Fier." At the mention of the witch's name, Marcus immediately looks at the boy. "She's turning Shadysiders into killers."

"Do you really believe that?" Kate asked Josh. "No one actually thinks this witch shit is real." She added. "Yeah, it's something babysitters... or in my case, parents make up to scare kids." Marcus says, agreeing with Kate that it can't be Sarah Fier. "No, no, just listen to me." Josh says, continuing his explanation.

"1666, Sarah Fier was hanged for witchcraft, fact. But ever since she was executed, she's been possessing people, turning them into killers, to take revenge on the town." Josh says, showing them another article. "It's like the nursery rhyme Mar hates so much." Simon says and Marcus looks at him right away.

"I-I don't hate it." He says defensively. "Yeah? Then tell us how it goes..." Simon says and Marcus can do that, perfectly, even in his sleep. All because of his parents. He glanced to Kate and Josh, sighing softly.

"Before the witch's final breath, she found a way to cheat her death. By cutting off her cursed hand, she kept her grip upon our land. She reaches from beyond the grave to make good men her wicked slaves." Marcus looks at Josh who nods. "Yes, exactly. Don't you see what's happening to us? This is all proof. Shadyside isn't just some hotbed for psychos. All these massacres are connected to Sarah Fier. The witch's curse is real!" He says.

"Fine. Let's assume that the witch has been possessing people for some sort of messed-up vendetta. This isn't the same as the mall massacre. Something different is happening to us. Something way worse." Kate tells Josh and Marcus agreed. "We have two of her killers after us and both of them are dead. Why is she so mad at us?" He asked, looking at Josh.

"I saw her."

The four teens all immediately look over to Sam and Deena standing in the doorway. "Last night, I don't... I don't know, you know. I thought I hit my head... It was... It was her. I saw the witch." She tells them and Marcus looks at Simon who looks back at him.

The plan now was to go back to where Sam and the other two got into the accident. "I can't believe you two are wearing those." Deena says to Kate and Marcus who put on the lights you can wrap around your head. "I can't believe you're above wearing it, when you're in the middle of the fucking woods and dead maniacs are after us." Kate simply says to her.

"I think they look cute!" Simon teased them, mostly Marcus, pinching his cheek as the boy rolls his eyes, pushing his hand away. They make their way through the woods, where they approach Sam's boyfriend's car.

"Okay, so I fell out of the car... here." Sam says as she got onto the ground, crawling. "I was crawling, and my nose was bleeding. And then..." She reached down. "I feel something." She tells them, pulling whatever she grabbed. It appeared to be a chains. "Chains?" Kate says before she kneels down onto the ground.

"Oh! Not just chains." Simon says quietly. It was bones. "Holy shit." Kate says and Marcus grimaced. Josh holds up the lock on the chains, looking at it closely. "Fier. It's her. It's her grave." He tells the other and Marcus inhales sharply, looking at Simon instantly.

"Oh, no, no. No! This is bad! This is really bad!" The boy was freaked out and Marcus honestly couldn't blame him. "No wonder the witch is pissed at us. I'd be pissed too. Sam disturbed her grave." Kate says as she now looks at Sam in front of her. Josh sighs, "now she's sending her henchmen after us." He says.

"Henchmen? As in every one of those sickos on your wall is going to be coming after us?" Kate says, looking at him. "Did you hear that?" Josh says and Marcus looks up, glancing around them. "Hold up. Hold up." Simon quickly gets their attention, whispering to them.

"She's mad because we disturbed her grave, right?" He looked at Deena who nods. "Yeah. So?" She says and he gestured. "So, let's un-disturb it!" He says. "Just put the bones back, rebury them and put her to rest!"

"No, that's so stupid!" Deena says to him but Josh disagreed, "that's genius." He says. "Yeah!" Simon pointed at him, "in... in Poltergeist!" Twigs snapping in the distance catch their attention as they gasp and look up. "Okay, whatever. Let's do it quickly so we can go." Kate says to them, looking scared.

They dig up and gather together the bones. "Deena, Deena! Find something to wrap her bones." Simon says, digging and Deena rummages through the car. Once they were done digging up the bones, Deena brings over a letterman jacket. "Guys? You guys, I think there's someone in the woods!"

They ignore him as they wrap up the bones in the jacket before hurriedly burying it in the red moss. "We need to hurry!" Josh shouted to them. "There, there." Simon says, patting the top gently. "We're sorry." He then whispers and Marcus just glanced up.

"Did it work?" Kate asked, the same thing he was wondering as Simon gets up. "Did it work?!" Kate shouted to Josh who was still looking out into the woods. Instead of an answer, a man with a sack over his head, in a lumberjacket and an axe came running towards Sam.

"No!" Simon shouted, getting up and grabbing Marcus as he did so. Marcus isn't sure what happened but all he knew was he had to get the fuck out of there, so he jumped into the ambulance, "come on! Go! Start the car! Go!" Marcus had been the one who ended up in the driver's seat since he was ahead of everyone else, including Simon who pushed him ahead of him, so he drove off quickly.

"That was the Camp Nightwing Killer!"

so i played dead by daylight, i'm a gamer 😜🤪 i'm so quirky ❤️ anyways i've had this idea for a while and it'd be so dope to see fear street killers on dbd, like maybe nightwing killer, the grifter and maybe even the skull mask killer, and then the survivors could be like deena, cindy and ziggy ('94 or '78) idk, it's just a cool idea i think about sometimes.
oh!! and the maps would be the mall and the camp (different areas of it)
