what happened to Beckett

Aria and Juniper run down the hall, both panicking. Aria can't fully explain what is happening.

Finally, they get to where Beckett is. Juniper shocked at the sight of her.

Beckett was laying on the ground, seemingly unconscious. She laid there, limp and still. Her face was a face of shock, terror and pain. There was a lot of commotion. People surrounded the area. Beckett's blonde hair was turning red with her blood. It seems she was shot back. Her body looked sort of mangled, but not fully. It made Juniper nauseous to see her friend like that. "Is she dead?", Was all Juniper could ask. "I think. Well, dead for a second time", Aria responded quietly, like a whisper.

That's when, just almost out of no where, Beckett's body faded away. It shocked everyone around. More people whom worked at the hotel came to see what was happening.

The next few hours were haywire. Juniper was trying to calm everyone down. Everyone wanted answers about what happened and if it could happen to them.

Everyone decided to hold a funeral for Beckett, their fallen friend. They found out Beckett's room hadn't disappeared yet. They waited a month to be sure.

A month later and Beckett was no where to be seen. But her room was still there.

They held the funeral in and around Beckett's room. Grace made food, Maya sewed outfits, Antoinette did the flower arrangements and Juniper planned it.

Everyone showed up to show their respect for their fallen friend. There was a lot of crying. Multiple people spoke. Juniper was the first to speak. "Beckett. How do I explain Beckett?", She started. "Beckett, or Beck as we called her was... Sweet, but sour. A life-line of this hotel. Unusual, but loveable. Losing her hit everyone hard. I can't say into words how much I wish Beckett was still here. I didn't actually think it was possible for us to die twice. But, here it is. Beckett will live on here at Hotel Cryptid", she ended her little speech. Juniper didn't fully show emotion when she was sad, so her face was just blank.

Juniper went back to the crowd and someone else got up to speak. Those who wanted to speak did. Hours flew by, the funeral finally ended. Everyone left the room one by one. Finally, everyone was out.

Suddenly, Beckett's room faded away like she did. Everyone watched in shock. "Did that just...?", Someone said in the crowd. "Yeah...", Charles replied.

Everyone decided to just go to bed early. So that's what everyone did.

Juniper laid in bed when she realized she had grabbed Beckett's jacket from the room before it faded. She picked it up and held it. She felt something in the pocket and took it out. It was a note. The note reads;

"Whoever finds the note. Stop him! He's coming for us. He's mad. Tobias is mad. He's coming for me first. Protect the others - Beckett".
