A young Calico sat in class. The teacher wasn't there yet. Children were laughing at her. She had recently moved to America. She was now sitting in class. She was biting her lip to keep from snapping at them. Her lip started bleeding as well. She wiped it with her sleeve.

"Calico cat! Calico cat! Calico cat!", They chanted at her. Yeah, she did look like a Calico cat. But her name wasn't 'Calico'. At least not her birth name.

One kid grabbed a strand of her hair and laughs more. "Look at her hair and skin! And one eye?! She's so ugly! She'll never get far in life!", More laughter.

The same kid pinched her cheek skin. "Don't touch me, dumbass!", Calico yelled. She quickly, almost in one move,  got up and punched the kid in the face. He screamed and fell back. Another kid threw another punch at her. It hit Calico right in the cheek.

A fight broke out. Punches thrown. Calico is now on top of a boy, punching him nonstop. The boy was screaming. Loud and full of pain and agony.

Calico was pulled off him by a fellow female classmate. The classmate's name is Loraine. "Kira! Stop beating the boy!", Loraine cries. Calico wipes blood from her bottom lip. The boy scrambled up, "Your a monster!! I hope you burn in hell, you beast!!", The boy cried and pointed at her. Loraine brought Calico to the nurse's office.

Calico curled up in bed. Missing Loraine. Loraine was the one person in school who didn't mess with her or call her 'Calico Cat' like the others. Loraine simply stayed by her side. They had sleepovers and would watch movies.

Anita leaned on the doorframe of Calico's room. "Hey Kira", Anita chuckled. "My name isn't Kira. It's Calico", she pulls the covers over herself. "Awe c'mon. No rude comeback? No angry yelling?", Anita asked, chuckling. "I'm not in the mood, Anita", Calico mumbled. "Okay, what's up?", Anita walked over to Calico and sat on the floor in front of her. "It's nothing. I'm just missing a friend", she mumbled again. "A friend?", Anita asked.

Anita sat in the back of the class. Watching a girl in her class beat the crap out of a boy, Jeremy. The girl's name is Kira. She's a transfer student from Moscow, Russia. Her twin sister, Loraine, pulled Kira off Jeremy. Anita didn't have a matching name to her twin, Loraine.

Anita sunk down in her seat. Loraine made eye contact with her when she was pulling Kira off Jeremy. Kira. How would she describe Kira? Agrivated, hissing, rude, yet cool person who looks like a Calico cat.

Kira sometimes stayed at her house. Mainly hung around Loraine. When Kira turned eighteen, she ran away. Never wrote, never called. Loraine missed Kira a lot.

Eventually one day, Anita walked into Loraine's room. Despite being twins, they had separate rooms. Loraine was hanging by a belt from the ceiling. Her eyes open and unseeing. Anita felt as if someone punched her right in the chests and as if all the air in her lungs left. "Loraine?", Anita has asked. Loraine's body only has gym shorts and a workout bra on. There were cuts going up and down her arms. Some were fresh.

Months later was Loraine's funeral. Anita stared blankly at the casket. It was lowered into the ground. Anita felt as if her whole life was torn apart. She felt as if this was Kira's fault. Kira left and caused Loraine to be like this. Caused Loraine to kill herself. She felt that it was Kira's fault that she didn't have a sister anymore. She was going to find Kira one day. Kira will regret it. Anita was going to make sure of it.

"Yeah, my friend. Yours too. It's Loraine", Calico mumbled, looking at Anita. This made Anita freeze a little. "You weren't told were you?", Anita asks. "Told what?", Calico asked back. Calico hasn't been told much about her friends and family. "Loraine killed herself after you left", Anita said. Emotion left Calico's face, it was then replaced with pure sorrow and agony.

Calico felt as if she was dying. Air left her lungs and she struggled to breathe properly. She started to hyperventilate. "S-She did? D-Did I cause i-it?", Calico stuttered as she felt tears welling up in her eyes. Anita looked down. Calico pushed herself under her covers as she cried out. Anita pulled the covers off Calico. She hasn't seen Calico cry before.

Anita laid by Calico and hugged her. Calico was sobbing. "I know, Kira. I miss her too", Anita whispered.
