In a swift change of attitude, Strange stops stroking your arm and instead has grabbed it and turned you to face him, you are both stood at a side angle, facing one another.

“What do you think you’re doing here?” Strange growls out through gritted teeth.

You pull your arm out of his grip and glare at him “You”.

The simple but strong statement clearly throws Strange off, he wasn’t expecting you to be so strong, so dominating and powerful.

He enjoyed it. A little too much.

“I’m no use to you Y/N, you’ve had a wasted journey. Albeit an impressive one” he raises an eyebrow as he turns and starts to walk away.

Glowing your eyes grey, you send a gust of wind under his cloak throwing him against the wall behind you, making him slide down it, now sitting on the floor in a heap.

You crouch down over him “As I explained to Wong, you’ve got no damn choice Dr Stephen Strange. You opened Pandora’s box the day you dragged me through that portal onto The Empire State Building, now you’re going to help me contain it” you state as you point at him with nothing but determination in your eyes.

“There she is” Strange says with confidence and a smirk, as he rises to his feet.

“I’m sorry?” genuinely confused by his statement, looking at him with furrowed brows.

“The girl I met on that mission who could put any man to shame and would enjoy doing it. The one who gave me a real challenge for the first time since the ancient one. The girl who has done nothing but amaze me since I laid eyes on her. The Sorceress” he expresses this with such admiration, affection and sincerity.

“She’s always been here, you just decided to traumatise her with a trip to The Empire State Building, before she was ready.” Your words full of sass as you cross your arms.

“Fair enough. If you want my help, we stay here. No avengers, no Tony, no Pietro, no Bucky” he spits Bucky’s name out with such resentment, you can’t help but smirk.

It worked. It worked perfectly.

“I’m sorry have you got a problem with Bucky?” you tease.

He shoots you a look and bites his lower lip in frustration, pacing up the corridor, fixing his gloves, you are following in hot pursuit. He suddenly stops and turns to you.

“Besides being completely beneath you” he glances you up and down and continues in a hushed tone “in every sense of the term” he looks at you again, this time filled with desire and heat.

You feel flushed, your breathing became shallower, and you could feel your core getting hot, all from him speaking. You were in big trouble when or if anything happened.

You meet his gaze and lick your lips, watching him hold his breathe as you did. You raise your hand to caress the back of his neck, gently pulling him to you, as if you were pulling him into a kiss, but stop mouth barely apart.

“Good job it wasn’t real then, isn’t it?” you whisper against his lips.

He instantly grabs your hips, pulling you against him. Once again feeling that he had hardened against your thigh.

Still a breathe away from one another, he moves on of his hands to the small of your back and cups your face with the other, stroking your cheek again.

“What a game to play, sweetheart. What was the prize for that?” he stammers out between his heavy breathes.

“You, Stephen. You” you say in a desperate tone. You were desperate for him, you needed him in every way you could possibly have him. You had waited long enough and now was your moment.
