-two weeks later-

“Ready to go sweetheart?”

“As ready as I can be with the information you decided to give me, seriously can you give me more than you’ll like it and just pack stuff that’s comfortable? What kind of clues are those?” You huff in total frustration, getting a hearty laugh from Strange.

He pulls you close by your waist and kisses your forehead. “Close your eyes.”

You comply and hear the familiar and soothing whoosing of him generating a portal. You feel Strange hold onto your hand and pull you forwards, and after a few steps you stop and you hear the portal close.

“Okay can I open my eyes yet?” your eyes being close heightened your other senses, the crisp freshens of open air flooded your nose, the chill from the cold breeze sent shivers throughout your whole body and you squeeze Strange’s hand slightly, which he reciprocates.

“Open your eyes”

You blink a few times to adjust to the light but once your eyes focus, your jaw drops, and your heart skips a beat. You were surrounded by mountains coated in thick snow; the mountains were lined with tall green oak tress that were gently laced with snow.

As you turn around in complete awe of where you were, you spot the cabin. A wholesome small log cabin, at the foot of the mountains. Smoke escaping the chimney and soft lights streaming through the petite windows.

“You didn’t?”

“I told you, I know you”

You pull Strange into a deep and passionate kiss, gripping the back of his neck with everything you could, and he holds onto your waist, pulling you closer.

“Okay so please tell me why you didn’t tell me to pack anything warm?”

“You’re the Master of the Natural Arts my sweet, use your magic to keep you warm” Strange teases, grinning smugly at you.

“You know, you really are a smart ass when you want to be” you nudge him as you head to the cabin.

As you open the door, you gasp and your eyes go wide. It was perfect, wood fire, cosy sofa covered in thick fleecy blankets, a small quaint kitchen, with a breakfast bar separating the “dining room” which was a round wooden table and 4 chairs.

As you walked through, it still smelt crisp, fresh and airy. You were in heaven, this was everything you ever wanted in this kind of setting. He really did know you. As you walked through the narrowed hallway, you spot the bathroom.

White, clean and smelling of lemons and bleach, but your favourite part of the entire cottage? The oversized claw foot bath next to a window, low enough for a view whilst you relax but high enough no one could see anything if they peaked in.

You turn out of the bathroom, giddy and acting like a child in a sweet shop and then the kind sized bed facing you in the master bedroom caught your attention. You go to search for Strange with inappropriate but very worthwhile thoughts filling your brain.

As you turn, as if hearing your thoughts Strange has wrapped an arm around your waist and hoisted you up, grabbing your thigh to guide your legs to his waist and you quickly oblige.

“Well, well, guess we’re more in sync than I realised” you breathe out, taken aback by it.

“Oh I wouldn’t say that, I was following you around till you found this room. But we can save those activities till later my darling. I have other ideas for nothing”

You pull him into a deep kiss, as you pulled away you lightly bit his lower lip, tugging it with you softly. Pulling a moan and tightened grip from Strange, he closes his eyes and shakes his head.
