Chapter 33

Trey POV

I pulled into the driveway of my home and got out. I can't believe this nigga Jamir put his hand on this girl. He cheated she should be the one putting her hands on him. And the fact that he just bought her gifts today tryna fool everybody. I unlocked the door and went inside and sat the keys on the counter. I went to the room and sat on the bed and ran my hands across my face.

"Bae calm down" Kehlani said coming into the room
"That's some pussy shit. " I said
"I know babe but you can't stress yourself out. Get some rest we will deal with it in the morning. Let me go check up on True" Kehlani said walking back out the room.

I got up took my shorts shoes and shirt off and got into the bed. I still wasn't over the fact that this nigga really put his hands on Aaliyah. It had me thinking some shit that I should've been thought about. Kehlani came in and took her shorts off and got into bed.

"You okay?" Kehlani asked playing in my hair
"Nah some shit ain't right" I said
"What you mean?" I asked
"What if Jamir kin to Rico and Chuco" I said
"Bae that happened years ago. And why would you think he kin to them?" Kehlani asked
"It all makes sense. Remember when Chuco and Rico both said they had family that we didn't know about?" I asked
"I don't remember that" Kehlani said
"Bae I'm thinking Jamir related to them" I said
"Bae get some rest. You thinking to deep into it " Kehlani said putting her phone of the charger
"I'm finna get some sleep but I'm talk to Qua them about it tomorrow"
"Okay. Goodnight" Kehlani said turning the other way
"Goodnight" I said

I ain't let what I said slip my mind. I just slept on it.

The next morning
11:30am

I woke up and grabbed my robe. My wife and daughter was in the kitchen I'm guessing.

"Goodmorning dad" True said as soon as she seen me
"Goodmorning Babygirl" I said kissing her cheek
"Goodmorning baby" I said kissing Kehlani cheek
"Goodmorning" Kehlani said
"What y'all in here doing?" I asked
"I was talking to mom about stuff that was going on at school" True said
"How school been? You ain't been getting no boyfriends have you?" I asked
"No dad" True said chuckling
"Just making sure" I said
"Dad can I go with Camilla and Mya today?" True asked
"You asked your mom?" I asked
"She told me to ask you" True said
"Bae what you think?" I asked looking at Kehlani
"I think it's fine. I just wanted to make sure you was okay with it" Kehlani said
"Yeah I'm cool with it. Who's house you going to?" I asked
"Aunt Jada's " True said
"Yea go ahead. " I said sitting on the counter
"Bae come here right quick" Kehlani said

I followed behind Kehlani and shut the door. She went to the bathroom to get something.

"You good bae?" I asked
"Yes and no" Kehlani said

Kehlani handed me a necklace box.

"You got me a new Necklace or something?" I asked smiling
"Just open it" Kehlani said

I opened the box slowly to see a pregnancy test.

"What's this?" I asked smiling
"What does it look like?" Kehlani asked
"A pregnancy test. " I said
"What does it say?" Kehlani asked

"Bae you pregnant?" I asked smiling
"That's what it says right?" Kehlani asked
"Why you not happy what's wrong?" I asked
"It's not that I'm not happy. I'm beyond blessed to be having another baby. But I just don't think the time is right now because of everything that's going on. And then I thought about what you said last night and it's got me thinking." Kehlani said
"Bae god wouldn't have blessed us if it wasn't a good time. Everything happens for a reason" I said
"I know but I'm just worried. I'm not trying to stress because I don't want to lose the baby. " Kehlani said
"Bae you let me handle everything that's going on. I don't want you stressing about this Ight" I said
"Okay" Kehlani said
"I love you alright" I said
"I love you too" Kehlani said
"I don't want everybody to know yet. I just want to wait" Kehlani said
"Whatever you wanna do I'm with it" I said kissing her forehead
"Thank you. I love you" Kehlani said hugging me
" I love you too baby" I said hugging her back

Now that my wife was pregnant. It changed everything. If Jamir was undercover then I had to do everything my power to keep my family safe.

"I'm about to go take a shower alright" I said
"Okay. Qua called your phone earlier. I told him you were still sleep and would get the message " Kehlani said
"Lemme call him back real quick" I said sitting on the bed
"I'm gonna go run True over to Jada's house I'll be right back" Kehlani said kissing my lips
"Alright be careful" I said
"I will" Kehlani said walking out the room

I sat on the bed and called Qua.

Ringing....

"Aye bro. I just thought about some shit" Qua said answering the phone
"Wassup" I said putting him on speaker
"Remember when Rico and Chuco both said they got family we don't know about?" Qua asked
"Bruh don't tell me you thinking the same shit I'm thinking" I said
"Man what if Jamir related to them niggas" Qua said
"Exactly the same thing " I said
"Man we gotta have a meeting everybody including the kids" Qua said
"When now?" I asked
"Man yea we need to figure some shit out. We got families now we can't let this shit get back to the old ways" Qua said
"Meet at my house then bra " I said
"Bet" Qua said hanging up

End of call

This shit crazy. Some shit just wasn't added up to me.
