Chapter 29

Aaliyah POV

I had just got off work. Jamir ended up surprising me today at work which was so sweet. I love Jamir and I'm so glad me and him are still together. We were on the way to get Camila from Kehlani's house. That's where the bus always dropped her off at.

"I love you" I said
"And you know I love you" Jamir said
"What made you want to surprise me today?" I asked smiling
"You deserve it bae. You do a lot for me everyday like cooking, cleaning up after me , washing my clothes you deserve nothing but the best " Jamir said kissing my hand

We pulled into Kehlani's yard and blew the horn. Camilla came running outside with her bookbag.

"Hey baby how was school?" I asked her as soon as she got in
"It was okay. Same thing as usual" Camilla said
"Got any boyfriends I need to beat up?" Jamir teasing her
"Not yet" Camilla said chuckling
"Let me know now" Jamir said
"I will" Camilla said
"What do y'all want for dinner tonight?" I asked
"I want spaghetti" Camilla said
"Spaghetti cool bae" Jamir said
"Okay then we need to go to the grocery store because we don't have the noodles or anything at home" I said
"Can I go home? I have homework to do" Camilla said
"Yeah I'll drop you off real quick" Jamir said
"Thank you" Camilla said

Camilla and Jamir were really close. And that's what I loved about it. I love how he respects my daughter even though she isn't his own. We dropped Camilla off at home and told her we would be back in a little while. We headed to the store and talked about life until we actually made it to the store.

5mins later...

We finally pulled up at the store and hopped out. I started walking into the store when some girl kept staring at me. Everytime I would look at her she would look away. I never seen her before. I put that in the back of my mind and continued to walk into the store. Jamir grabbed the buggy and started pushing it. I had made a list of everything I needed.

"So while we here I'm going to go ahead and get some things for the house" I said
"So where we going first?" Jamir asked
"Let's go back here where the drinks are" I said

We walked back to where the drinks were and I grabbed some sodas and juices that we all liked. While I was grabbing those juices and sodas the same girl I seen coming in was looking at me again. She was pregnant she looked about 7 or 8 months. I let it slide for the second time because I wasn't about to cause a scene. But if she do it again I'm saying something. We walked back to where the eggs and cheese were and I grabbed some of those. I seen the girl again staring. I was over it because what the fuck was she looking at?

"Excuse me?" I said looking at her
"Bae chill" Jamir said
"No she been staring at me since I walked in this bitch. The fuck is you looking at?" I asked
"Heaven no.." Jamir said looking at the girl
"The fuck? " I said hitting him
"Wanna know exactly what I'm looking at?" She asked
"Didnt i ask?" I said
"I'm looking at my baby daddy" She said
"The fuck you mean yo baby daddy?" I asked
"Tell her Jamir" Heaven said
"Bae I can explain." Jamir said

Before he could even finish his sentence I slapped the fuck out of him. I grabbed my purse and walked out the store. I could hear Jamir calling my name but I didn't want to hear nothing he said. That's what he decided to bring me flowers and stuff because he got somebody pregnant and wanted me to forgive him. Jamir finally caught up to me.

"Bae let me explain" Jamir said
"What the fuck is their to explain?" I asked
"It was a mistake" Jamir said
"I thought u wanted me to carry your first child? But now that bitch is carrying your child " I said
"Aye chill. That's my baby moms" Jamir said
"Oh so now you want me to chill? Fuck you. I don't want shit else to do with you. I should've listened to my gut when it told me to leave you the fuck alone. Move out my fucking way" I said opening my door

I locked my doors and Jamir began to bang on my windows. I called my big sister.

Ringing.....

"Hello?" Seven said
"Where are you?" I asked
"Home. I'm cooking, why wassup? What happened?" Seven asked
"Can I please come over there me and Camilla?" I asked
"Yes of course. What happened?" Seven asked again
"I'll tell you when I get there " I said pulling out the parking lot
"Okay" Seven said

End of call

I made my room home to pack my shit. Jamir could have the house he could have it all. I don't care.

10mins later..

I pulled up back at the house and hopped out and unlocked the door. Camilla was in the room on FaceTime with True.

"Camilla hang up the phone and start packing your clothes" I said
"What's going on?" Camilla asked
"CAMILLA HANG UP THE PHONE" I yelled
"Okay okay!" Camilla said
"Now just listen to me and go pack some clothes for a couple days" I said
"Okay" Camilla said

Camilla walked upstairs and did as I was told. I walked into my room and looked in my closet  and got my suitcase. I opened all my draws and start taking clothes out and throwing them in my suitcase. I walked into my closet and grabbed clothes and put them in my suitcase. I grabbed Jamir's suitcase also. Since he wanted to cheat on me and get a bitch pregnant I'm taking all the shit I ever bought him. He know not to play with me.

I finished packing my things and grabbed my charger bonnet toothbrush all of that and put it in my suitcase also.

"I'm ready" Camilla said
"Okay. You have everything? Your charger bonnet?" I asked
"Yes" Camilla said
"Let's go" I said

I walked to the front door and grabbed my keys and locked the door. I seen Jamir pulling up with Jay in the car.

  "Bae let me explain" Jamir said
"Get in the car Camilla" I said

I placed my bags in the car and hopped in. I started the car and pulled off leaving Jay and Jamir standing there.

"Ma is everything okay?" Camilla asked
"Everything fine. We staying at your auntie house for a couple days" I said
"Okay" Camilla said

I'm over it. I don't even have tears left to cry. I seen it coming and I'm dumb for not listening to my gut feeling.
