Delayla

"Excuse me" I said tapping on Sally's shoulder.

This morning at school I found Juan and Sally making out in the disabled toilet, with the door wide open. As I passed by I decided that it would be the perfect time to have a conversation with Juan. Not.

Sally and Juan broke their kiss and gave me a questioning look, "What?" Sally's high-pitched nasally voice asked.

"Do you mind scooting out the door?" I asked, "I need to talk to Juan."

Juan looked at me, his face cold and expressionless. He nodded for Sally to go, "I'll catch you later" Sally said seductively to Juan.

I made a gagging noise, Sally gave me a glare and walked out the door.

"So what do you want to talk about?" Juan said coolly crossing his arms.

My throat dried up as I opened my mouth, I didn't know why but I was starting to feel a little nervous. I stared at Juan who still looked amazingly sexy, he looked fresh in his white T-shirt with skinny jeans.

I was actually surprised that he didn't smell, I guess he must've stayed in someone's house to stay clean, "My mum is worried" I said.

"And?" He said, in an uncaring voice.

"She wants you to come home" I blurted out.

He raised an eyebrow, "She wants me to come home?"

I nodded.

"I'm sorry" Juan said cruelly, "But your house is no longer 'home' to me."

"She really wants you to come home" I pleaded.

"I told you that my home and your home are different" Juan said harshly, "Sorry but I'm not going back to your home, Delayla, see you in a weeks time."

Juan walked out and left me in the disabled toilets, I composed myself and went outside the bathroom. I shrugged, at least I tried.

After school I headed to the library to do some research on an assignment that I got, so I logged on to the computer started on the research. After finishing my research I checked the time and realised that it was getting dark, so I logged off and went out of the library.

I walked at a slow pace enjoying the sunset while walking home. As I was walking, I noticed a group of hot, heavily tattooed guys with big muscles gathering in the middle of the walkway.

My eyes widened in surprise when I saw that Juan was one of them, when did he make those kinds of friends. I guess he did a lot when he was away.

Juan and all his friends had crowbars in their hands and looked like they were tampering with something, suspicious; I walked over to them. "Hey Juan" I made my presence known, "What are you doing?"

Juan and his friends whirled around facing me, they had the look of surprise on their faces. One of his friends made a low whistle, "You've got one hot friend Juan" He said.

I blushed at that comment, "Name's Jake" The guy who complimented me said.

He held his hand out and I shook it, I saw Juan send a glare at Jake.

"So what are you doing?" I asked.

"It's none of your concern!" Juan snarled.

"Hey don't be so mean" Jake elbowed Juan.

Jake winked at me, "Don't mind him and his cranky mood, he hasn't been laid for days."

I shivered in disgust, "Okay, that's a bit too much information."

"Here, let me introduce you to the group" Jake decided.

The other three guys names were Ace, Drew and Parker.

"Hi," I shyly greeted.

"If you haven't been laid for days," Parker started, "Why don't you just get laid with her."

My jaw dropped at that comment, he did not just say that. Juan seemed unfazed by what Parker said, he rolled his eyes and said to them, "Delayla is too bland for me."

"So that's your name" Jake smiled at me, "What a pretty name."

I blushed again and smiled at Jake, Jake grinned at me back.

"I think that Delayla is a bland name." Juan said.

I frowned, way to go for ruining the moment.

"Well we have to go now," Drew said sweetly.

"Yeah, we have to go break some pipes so that the whole town gets a nasty surprise when they turn on their showers." Ace added.

Juan slapped Ace on the back of his head, "You twat! You weren't supposed to tell her that."

"You're going to break a few sewer pipes in hopes to create a mess?" I asked bewildered.

"Yeah." Jake said, "Want to come along?"

"Uh, no thank you, I'll pass." I said.

Juan sent me a death glare, "Don't you dare snitch us in."

"Did I snitch you in when you robbed a packet of cigarettes and a few other things in front of my face?" I asked.

Juan paused, thinking for a moment and then shook his head, "Exactly, I think you know my answer to the question."

"Whatever." Juan answered sharply, "We have to go now. No thanks to you, we're delayed."

I bit my lip trying to hold my laugh, I'm starting to find this a little to funny. Catching Juan hanging out with badass looking friends who turn out to be really nice, then finding out from his friends that they were planning on breaking a few pipes in hopes it will create a few sewer problems, classy.

"You know, you're the first person I've ever met who's really bad at playing the bad boy." I said.

"Excuse me?" Juan said offended.

"Breaking some sewer pipes," I said, "Really, is that the best that you guys can do?"

"Shut up." Juan said angrily

"Pssh YOLO!" Parker said, "We can do anything we want."

I rolled my eyes, "Whatever." I grinned, "Have fun."

I waved them goodbye and walked away, Jake, Ace and Parker waved back, Juan just stood there shocked.

I came back home to find that there was an awful stench in the house, I held my nose with finger and walked further in. "Gosh that stinks like shit." I complained putting my bag down.

"Language," My mum scolded coming to greet me.

"What happened?" I asked, referring to the awful smell that was going around the house.

"Apparently the whole community's pipes broke." Mum explained, "Every house is experiencing the awful smell."

So Juan and his friends did break the pipes. Congrats to them.
