"Wait, Arthur. You said Mera told you to stab my sister?" "No, she told me to use the Kryptonite powder." Clark thinks for a moment. "That won't work, she has to be exposed to Green Kryptonite, she has to sweat it out or someone has to create a cure to rid her of the Kryptonite." Martha kneels beside Valery, "My baby girl, what have you done to my daughter?!" Martha asks Arthur. "Mrs. Kent, I had to do it, she nearly killed you." Arthur looks at Martha with tears falling. "Arthur, Ma, look." Clark motions to the puncture wounds left by Arthur's Trident, healing. Arthur smiles, "She's alive." Valery's eyes pop open. "Val? You alright?" Clark asks. Valery grabs Clark by the neck, throwing him. Martha gets up and quickly backs up. Valery continues to destroy Metropolis, ripping buildings from their foundations and throwing them like a bunch of toys. Metropolis Police Department speaks to Valery through a megaphone. "Superwoman, stand down or we will shoot." "Superwoman is dead!! Call me Dark Empress, or face my wrath!!" "Dark Empress, stand down or we will shoot!" "I will never stand down!!!" Valery shouts, shooting her Heat Vision at the Police Force. The Police Force begins firing at Valery, who is Kryptonian, the bullets bounce right off of her. "You can't stop me, nothing can stop me." "Bruce, can you do it can you cure my sister?" Clark asks. Diana lets out a war cry and attacks Valery. "Please Val-El, I don't want to hurt you." "Funny, because I want to hurt you," Valery freezes Diana, before turning her attention to Bruce, Clark, Barry, and Victor. "Oh, Aquaman, where are you? I just wanna talk!!" Valery says. "You didn't tell us that the bad guy was Superwoman, Bruce!" Victor says, readying his Repulsor. "Superwoman, what happened to you?" "I told you, Superwoman is dead!!! My name is Dark Emperess!!" Valery shoots her Heat Vision at Barry, hitting him. "Barry!" Bruce yells. Valery lands on the ground, "C'mon, is that the best you can do? A Bat, a Cyborg, and a Kryptonian? I've already taken out the Amazon and the pathetic human, you call Flash," Valery says taking on the rest of the team. "What's wrong Batman, scared I'll hurt you?" Valery asks with a smirk. "No, I don't want to hurt you." Valery laughs at Bruce, "I'm indestructible." "I refuse to fight you." Batman flees back to Gotham, to work on a cure for Valery. Victor blasts Valery with his Repulsor, "Stay down." Valery gets up, firing back with Heat Vision, frying Victor's robotic system. "Now it's just you and I, Superman." Clark looks around, "You've killed tons of innocent people." Valery shrugs, "I don't care, I leave destruction, and death wherever I go. Next will be world domination once I destroy you and Aquaman." Valery incapacitates Clark before flying towards the water and straight to Atlantis.

"Oh, Aquaman!!" Valery shouts. Vulko appears, "Miss. Kent, King Arthur, and Queen Mera are expecting you." "Where are they?" "The Throne Room, can I show you the way?" "No, I'll find my way." Valery swims towards the Throne Room, bursting through the doors. "Aquaman!!" Valery shouts, seeing him. "Valery, I see you've finally shown up," Arthur says. "I came to kill you and destroy everything you love." "Nobody here is going to attack you unless I order them to do it." "You think I'm scared of you?!" Valery asks. "Can't you see we care about you?" Mera asks from behind Valery. Valery turns around "I see clearly! I see how you've always been jealous of me!" Valery exclaims. "I've moved past that, I apologised for it. It's evident that you don't care." Mera says. "I don't care about anything other than destroying everything Aquaman loves, and I'll continue with Atlantis, then I'll finish with his parents!" Arthur arises from his throne, "You will not harm anyone else, Valery Kent! Not civilians, not Atlanteans, and not my parents." "What are you gonna do? Kill me?" Valery asks. "No, I won't kill you." "Good, well, looks like it's time to die then," Valery says, attacking Arthur. Arthur and Mera both fight against Valery, barely managing to fight her off. Valery does a war cry and goes on a rampage, destroying over half of Atlantis, before going to Gotham to fight Batman.

Valery uses her Heat Vision to destroy a wall and flies inside. Batman being the ninja-like human he is sneaks up behind Valery and injects a virus into her neck, one that essentially knocks her out for a few hours while he finishes the reversal serum. Bruce contacts the others, bringing them to his mansion. "Metropolis isn't happy with Val, they want to see justice served," Clark says. "Atlantis wants her exiled to the Trenches," Arthur says. "But it wasn't her fault. It was the Red Kryptonite, wasn't it?" Diana asks. "Yes," Clark says. "Where is she?" Arthur asks. "In a Chamber, she can't break out of," Bruce says. "Can we see her?" Clark asks. "You can, but she's knocked out." "How?" Diana asks. "Something I created, it's supposed to keep her knocked out until I'm done with the serum. But you can go in while she's unconscious, if she wakes up while you're in there and this serum isn't finished I can't help you," Bruce informs them. "Clark, you should go. Maybe talking to her will help her reconnect to the Valery we know," Barry says. Clark nods, "Sounds like it'll work." "Okay, I need you all out of my lab, while I work," Bruce says, ushering the others out of his lab. Clark goes to the chamber where Valery is being held and goes inside. Clark grabs Valery's hand holding it gently, her veins still glowing red from the exposure to the Red Kryptonite. "Hey Val, it's Clark. I just wanted to let you know that I love you, even if Bruce can't reverse the effects of the Red Kryptonite." Clark looks over Valery, she's got a few scratches here and there but is overall fine. "Ma still loves you, and so does Lois. But Metropolis, they're enraged at what you've done. They want justice for what happened...you killed over a hundred people..." Clark kisses Valery's head, before leaving.
