Sarah's POV
I woke up with a massive headache. I put my hand on my head. Looking around I saw I wasn't in the comfy bed I went to sleep in. I was in a strange place and it looked like a dungeon. When I tried to sit up I found I couldn't. I was changed down.
"Help me!" I screamed into the darkness that surrounded me. No response came, at first.
"Oh look. The brat's awake." I heard from the outside of the cell. It was the voice I never wanted to hear again. The voice that has haunted my dreams for the past few weeks. The voice that belonged to my step-father.
He walked in with a sword in his hand and he said, "You really thought Ashley or as she's called now, Avery, could keep you safe??!" He laughed darkly, "She's going to try to find you and we will catch her. Then we will end you." My step-father smirked, "Now go back to sleep until I come back."
I stared at him blankly. He pointed his sword at me, "I said GO TO SLEEP!!"
I still stared too scared to do anything.
Part of it was because I was facing my step-father, and the other part because this is EXACTLY what happened in my dream. Word for word. Movement for movement. Exactly the same. Except this time..... he didn't drop his sword and start shaking me.
And I didn't wake up.
My step-father dug his sword into my arm, causing a little blood to come out. I winced in pain and closed my eyes, pretending to be asleep.
I heard my step-father grunt and walk out.
I wish Avery would come to save me.
"We sent a portal for her sir. She said she was coming. She will be here any moment." I heard someone say from outside my cell. I knew the voice, but couldn't place it.
"Yes sir. He's correct. The brat is in there. When ever you are ready. We can hold her down if we need to." That was my step-father. Hold me down? That send chills up my spine.
"Very good. Very good. Now-" I don't know who it was, and I didn't recognize the voice, but I have my ideas. "I want you to be the one to 'meet' Ashley... or Avery when she arrives. Bring her to me. And you. I want you to help me with the little girl." The man finished. I could hear the smirk in his voice.
"Yes, Master Herobrine." I heard the man with the voice I recognized, but couldn't draw a name. Then I heard foot steps running off. A chill went up my again. Herobrine. That was who man who I didn't recognize.
Deal with the little girl.
I needed to get out of here, but there was no way.
"Yes sir." I heard my step-father say and walk in. He took off the thing that was holding me down and forced me up. I opened my eyes. My step-father was holding my arms behind my back so I couldn't move. I tried to get away with no luck.
I looked up and saw Herobrine walk in with a smirk on his face. He had what looked like a ball of power in his hands.
"You're going to be my little bait. Doesn't that sound like fun?" Herobrine asked mockingly.
"No!" I said trying to sound brave.
He laughed. "Oh well. It won't really matter in a minute."
"What are you going to do to me? You can't kill me until you have Avery!" I said trying to stall.
"You're right. I'm not going to kill you with this. It will do......... something else." Herobrine said.
"What is it going to do?" I asked.
"You will see." He said smirking and threw the ball of power at me.
"NOOOOOOO!" I screamed before it even hit me. "NOOOO!"
It hit me and it was painful. I screamed out in pain, and heard my step-father laugh.
I screamed again and felt something happening to my body.
Then everything went black.
