Ashley's POV
I can't believe I'm doing this. I have to though. It's the only possible way I could save myself....... to know my family will be safe. That's all that that matters at this time. I now know...... this is not a dream. This is reality. This really is reality. I need to do this for their sake. I left a note that said what happened, and packed my things. Here goes nothing. I'm...... I'm running away. For good. Not that I'm mad at them, but it's my only shot. Their only shot. Here we go.

*Ashley's Mom aka Lucy's POV*
"Ashley!" I called. There was no answer.
"Ashley!" I called again. Still no answer.
"ASHLEY GET DOWN HERE!" Once again nothing. Maybe she's just asleep. I went upstairs to see if she was there. But when I got to her room I found something I was not expecting. I found.......... nothing. I was starting to worry. As I looked around her room I found a note sitting on her bed. It read,
Dearest Mother and Father,
I thought to myself, this isn't good she only says mother and father when something is wrong, but I continued to read.
This is complicated to tell you. I know you warned me never to go into the Nether, and if I do never go alone. But I broke both those rules. Herobrine is not just a myth, and neither his guards. I started having weird dreams about a guard that came closer and closer and then attempted to grab me. I always woke up before he did. A few days ago Susie arrived at our house with a blank look in her eyes. She then said in a strange dark voice. "We have seen you. We are coming. You will not see your next birthday." Then she just left, without another word. I looked up Herobrine's guards, and what had happened to the people in the passage I read, happened to me. If this is true I will not live to see it. I read that these guards are terribly destructive. I cannot risk you being in harms way. So I left. By the time you find this note I will be long gone. I did this for your safety. Please do not come looking for me. I couldn't live with myself if something happened to you. I would die, even though I already will. Just because I'm going to die doesn't mean you have to too. Just know I love you both with all my heart and I hope you will find happiness without me. I will see you in heaven someday. Goodbye.
Love,
Ashley
After I read the note I staggered backwards. I couldn't believe it. My daughter had is in harms way by Herobrines guards. Anger started to well up in me. And I screamed. "HE PROMISED TO LEAVE US ALONE. AFTER LAST TIME HE SAID WE WOULD NEVER HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT HIM AGAIN."
I was terribly upset, and I started to feel light headed. One thought went through my mind.
It's time to call in a little favor from the big guns. That's right. Notch.
Then everything went black.
---------
Dun, dun, dun. It's time for the big guns!
I know your probably confused by when Ashley's mom or by her real name Lucy said last time. That will be revealed further in the book. It won't be for a while. Ashley's mom won't be in this book a lot, but when and why she was screaming will be important later on in the book so that's what I wanted to say. Ok. Bye.
Rachel out.
