Y/n life was horrid. She was treated like a maid, almost like the classic fairytale Cinderella. She was made to wash the clothes, cook dinner, do all the cleaning, this was before the age of 10. Unlike Cinderella, she didn't have a fairy godmother or even step-parents, it was all her birth parents.

One day a shadow had taken her away after she begged for an escape. She ended up in Neverland where strangely the King himself, Peter Pan, had taken a liking to her. No, the boy wasn't in love with her, in fact, his feelings weren't even slightly romantic, he just cared for her.

There were downsides to being close with Pan, spending time with his righthand man. While Y/n was his left hand, Felix was his right.

"Y/n!" Felix was quiet around everyone, yet Y/n seemed to bring out a side he hated. She hated it too, though she loved annoying him. He always gave her a reaction.

"What happened this time Flexy?" she questioned, smirking at his annoyed expression. "Somebody pee in your water? It wasn't me."

He let out a sound similar to a  growl as he charged at the girl. Fortunately for her, Felix was predictable, she moved out of the way.

"On a serious note, what do you want?" she questioned. "Pan wants us, something important," he mumbled. "I don't know why he wants you, you can't tell the difference between a hog and a stag."

"Actually, I can. A stag is a majestic creature, standing proud, knowing to constantly watch their surroundings, like me," Y/n said, pointing to herself. "A hog is a filthy, smelly pig who does nothing but roll around in dirt all day, like you."

He growled, before turning away. "Just follow me!"

The two walked in silence, Felix angry at the girl, while Y/n was grinning like she won a prize, of course in her eyes she did. The two were the only ones allowed in Pan's tent, apart from the boy himself, though they never made a fuss about it.

Pan was sitting in a large chair, staring at the two with a small smirk. "You needed us?" Y/n asked, unbothered by the smirking boy. "I have a mission that I need you two to accomplish. We're out of food and I am unable to lead the hunt. I require you two, to go capture something."

A smile appeared on Y/n's face as her eyes flickered over to Felix for a moment. "Like a hog?"

Felix's face remained stoic, not even bothering to glance at the girl. "When do we go?" "You go immediately, just the two of you. The boys have become distracted at the moment," Pan told them.

The two left the tent, only for Y/n to be pushed to the ground. She looked up at Felix who smirked down at her. "Now who's the hog?" She still grinned up at him. "I may be covered in dirt, sitting on the ground, but you are and always will be repulsive."

Y/n got up, going to the weapon tent, grabbing a bow and a knife. Felix made sure he had his sword, he was better with a sword than her, though a bow and arrow or crossbow were her weapons.

They left without another word, heading deep into the forest, knowing where the animals usually stayed. Felix and Yn were the best at hunting, mainly because both moved quietly, it was impossible for anyone, apart from Pan, to hear them.

Y/n spotted the hog first. She got out her bow ready to shoot, only to hear footsteps, heavy steps. She looked at Felix, who was already staring at her wide-eyed. They were both thinking the same thing, Pirates.

"You can come out, hooky, we know you're here!" Y/n said loudly, causing Felix to roll his eyes. She was going to get him killed one day.

A laugh escaped a pirates mouth, one that was far from similar to Hooks. This wasn't Hook.

"Well, what do we have here? Two lost ones roaming around," the pirate spoke. They clearly underestimated the two, they were two parts of the best trio in Neverland.

Y/n knew the innocent act she tried with pirates wouldn't work, she tried it one too many times, resulting in a scar from her shoulder to her elbow. There was only one thing left for them to do. They would have to fight.

It didn't take long for all ten pirates to leave their hiding spaces. Y/n fought as hard as she could, seriously harming four pirates. It was then she noticed most of them had gone to Felix, deeming him stronger due to his gender.

One pirate was closing in on him, close to stabbing him in his back, literally stabbing him in his back.

Y/n rushed over to them. She was quick enough to stop the blow from harming Felix, however, she stopped the blow with her body. A loud gasp escaped her mouth as she fell to the floor, the exact same time all the pirates dropped to the ground.

Felix dropped to his knees, holding a bleeding Y/n in his arms. "Why did you do that?" he questioned, his voice barely above a whisper. "You hate me."

Y/n looked up at him, smiling slightly. "If you were dead, who would I annoy?"

The last thing Y/n saw before losing consciousness was Felix, and a green flash.
