"why did i even agree to this idea in the first place.."
a male chuckled at the words.
"you'll be fine, don't be nervous about this."
"SUNGHOON WHAT DO YOU MEAN ?? I'M PUTTING MY LIFE ON THE LINE RIGHT NOW"
the female raised her voice.
"love, you're not going to die. as long as i'm here, you're safe."
gyuri got flustered by his words and nodded.
she stepped on the ice with her ice skates on, her balance was unstable which almost caused her to fall.
"hold my hand, love. i'll guide you step by step."
sunghoon said whilst extending out his arm.
gyuri gripped onto the male's palms and their hands both interlocked.
step by step, sunghoon guided gyuri on the ice.

"hey! i'm slowly getting the hang of it!"
gyuri said with excitement in her voice.
"good job, love. i must admit, you're a considerably fast learner."
"thank you, babe"
"i'll let go of your hand now, will you be able to balance properly?"
sunghoon questioned his beloved.
"i believe i can do it. you can let go now.."
sunghoon slowly released his grip from the girl as he pays attention to her.
gyuri began gliding on the ice carefully in hopes that an accident will not occur.
"AH-"
gyuri flinched and felt herself dropping down on the ice. before her butt could land, a pair of arms caught her around her waist.
she opened her eyes and met with her boyfriend. both of them staring into each other's soul.
her cheeks grew pinkish as she blushed at the sight.
"are you okay? you mentioned that you're able to skate without me holding you."
the male said while slightly chuckling.
"don't laugh at me. i'm still an amateur.."
"okay okay. for now, hold my hand while skating."
"fine.."
