> Chapter 42: The real good-bye

> Carson's POV:

> "I love you so so so much." I hug Niall and don't want to let go. I feel the tears prickle my eyes but try to push them back. Not until he's left or he may not go. All night he told me he could stay or that I should go with him. I've never wanted to say yes so badly to anything in my whole entire life. But I can't go and he can't stay.

> "I love you too. I'll text you the second we land." He assures me. I nod, hugging him again. A few paps are here, somehow they found out Liam, Charlie and Niall were leaving today. They find out the most personal things and I never know how.

> "Can I say goodbye to my best friend?" I hear Charlie ask. I grin and step away from Niall. I hug my friend. Her stomach is showing lightly in the jacket she's waring.

>

> "You need to come see me soon. I'm going to miss you too much now that you've been around again." She says while we hug and I can feel the tears now freely sliding down my face.

>

> "I will. You have to Skype me soon." I tell her and she nods tears in her eyes. I turn to Liam.

>

> "Well its gonna be weird not having you all over Niall." He jokes, I hope. I laugh through my tears. I hug him.

>

> "Bye Liam. Keep her safe. Watch that baby boy of yours too." I tell him as we pull away.

>

> "I will. You gotta come out soon." He says and I nod wiping my tears.

>

> "Flight 234 to London, England now boarding." I fight a sob thats fighting in my throat. I turn to Niall and hug him as tight as I could possibly manage. I know I picked this but its as hard as I thought it would be. Probably harder. I never want to say good-bye to him even if its for a few hours. I had to deal with a month.

>

> "I love you." Niall tells me kissing my cheek. I can't even hold back the tears. A whole month at least without Niall.

>

> "I love you too." I say in between tears. "Go." I assure him he looks like he wants to run back to my house with me.

>

> "Please don't cry. Its only a month. It will fly by. I promise." He says and kisses me deeply and hard. I wrap my arms around the back of his neck and push as hard as I can into the kiss. We pull apart and Liam and Charlie are standing trying not to stare at us. I kiss him lightly once more.

>

> "Go." I whisper. He nods and pulls away picking up his carry on. He leans down and kisses me again.

>

> "Bye." I wave to all three of them as they start to walk away.

>

> "I'll text you!" Niall calls me to me and I try to smile through my tears.

>

> "Only a month." Jer says to me. I almost forgot he was here. I forgot that he came to help me. My mom made him come. She knew I was going to be a reck on the way back and wouldn't be able to drive back home. I nod to him and watch as the three of them disappear. I turn to him and we walk back to the car in silence. The snow finally stopped and was mostly melted. I was glad for that in a way. Because it was slightly warmer than Friday.
