chapter 61:troubles at work

> Chapter 61: Troubles at work

> Carson's POV:

> "I don't want to go." I hugged Niall. He rubbed my back.

> "Well you don't have to work." He says again. I roll my eyes.

> "I have to work, Niall. I need something to do when you're gone." I tell him being serious. I wanted to work but I also needed it. Not for money, I knew Niall would take care of that. I wanted to make my own money and I needed to keep occupied when he was gone. I would go crazy for those months and months that he'll be gone. I needed something to keep me from loosing it.

> "Well off you must go." He ushers me and pats my butt. I give him a look.

> "Don't burn our nice new house down. I finally have things semi-set up. Don't destroy it." I point at him giving him a glare.

> "Yes mom. I won't. Now go before I decided that you don't need a job." Niall says to me.I blow him a kiss and walk out the front door.

> I got a coffee on the ride to work, I had a feelings that would soon become a daily routine. I love coffee, its really unhealthy.

> "Hey, Carson. We have a woman here for you." Aaron told me as soon as I walked in. The day I started here I soon found out that she wasn't my boss as I had assumed. My real boss was on holiday and wouldn't be back until sometime this week. I also found out he was a man. Which as my co-worker Braxton told me, he assumed my boss Justin was gay. But no one really knew for sure. I also found out that he was a tough boss. One that most people tried to avoid. I really thought they were overplaying it. He couldn't be that bad with all the costumers we have.

> "Great, Let me get my coat off. You can send her to my chair." I tell Aaron moving to the back room and put my things in my area. I took a last sip of my coffee and threw it away.

> I walked back out to find a woman about my age sitting in my chair.

> "Hello, I'm Carson." I introduced myself as I set my things up.

> "Whatever, look I'm on a time limit. I just need a trim and highlights." She tells me in a snappy attitude. I bit down on my lip not to sass her back. I couldn't do that to a customer.

> "Right away. What color were you thinking?" I ask her. She looked up from the phone she was glued to.

> "Blonde. You should know this. I've been coming here for three years now." She snaps. I tighten my grip on the comb I had in my hand.

> "Well, I'm sorry but I've only just started working here. I haven't got to know everyone yet." I explain. She scoffs.

> "An american and unexperienced." She says shaking her head and looking down. I stood there like an idot. How was I suppose to react to this?

> "Well are you going to do my hair or do I need to go somewhere else?" She asks not looking up from her phone.

> "Of course. I'll be right back." I scurry off to the back to mix the coloring. I pass Jade, a girl who worked here, as I passed.

> "Hey! Whats with the chick in my chair?" I ask pointing. She busts out in laughter.

> "I'm surprised they gave you her so fast. We pass her around. She is horrible. Good luck." She pats my arm and I groan.

> "Hey! Carson, come here!" Aaron calls me into her office.

> "Yeah? I have to hurry. I have a grumpy chick in my chair." I said walking in. I stopped when I saw a man standing in the room. I smile at him, still unsure of who he was.
