Chapter 68: finally

Chapter 68:

Its been a few weeks now since the baby shower. The baby shower went well, Charlie didn't have any problems. She even had fun. She played the games she could while sitting. She got tons of things for the baby, but she had a lot of things already. I think her favorite was a hand kitted blanket that she got from Zayn's mom. She sent it. She really loved it because it was so soft.

We had cake and of course, Louis decided to play with it. So he shoved some in Harry's face who just did it back to him. Issac and Isaiah saw and thought it was funny so ran up to Niall and covered him in it. So of course soon cake was everywhere but in peoples mouth. So I had a big mess to clean after but it was worth it.

I also got the perfect shots to put a scrapbook together. It was going to be part of my wedding present to Liam and Charlie. I was getting them more but it was a small thing.

I was currently finishing things up with the contractor who was going to fix up my office building. I've spent a few weeks working with Amy and multiple people to have it set up how I wanted. So far it was going perfect. Construction was suppose to start in a few days and would be done in about a month.

Thats where my decorator would come into play. Who I was meeting with next week. Then I would be working with Amy to get everything that I would need to run the business. Really this process was going to be long and drawn out. But I was defiantly going to be busy until then.

"So thats it?" I asked the contractor. He nodded closing the file Amy and I had just signed. Since she was my co-owner. She had to sign too. Working with her alot these past few weeks has brought us closer. I know that we can have a good relationship. I've gotten close with my other sister, Danielle. We get along well even though she is young. She likes to take pictures too, so we spend a lot of time doing that together. She comes over and uses my studio sometimes too.

"Perfect." I say smiling looking around at the place that would be in chaos in a few days. I felt a hand on my shoulder and look to see Amy smiling at me.

"Its going to be perfect." She tells me. I nod and smile. It really was. I just hope I could make these work. It would be hard. But I would do it.

"Well thank you for everything. We will be in here on Tuesday." The man told me. I nodded agreeing with him. We all three walked out and I locked the place up. I had only just gotten the keys to the place a few days before. Really I'm lucky I got them that fast.

"So I'll call you tomorrow and we can talk over the decorator?" Amy asks me. I smile and nod.

"Of course. I'll see you later." I tell her heading to my car. I get in and start to drive home.

I get home and find the place empty. I figured it would be Niall had to work on...well I'm not sure what. He had to do something today. He said he'd be home by 6 and it was 5. I figured that I would call Charlie. Shes probably been alone for a few hours. Shes still on bed rest and I've been worried about her.

"Hello? I hear her sleepy voice ask.

"Hey you bum. Wake up." I tell her. She groans loudly.

"What time is it?" She asks after a few more groans. I sit on the couch and stare at the pictures Niall has hung up recently. There was a few of him as a child with his family. And then somehow he had gotten some of me and my brother.

"Its 5. So get up lazy bum." I tell her. She sucks in a breathe and my heart picks up. "Are you okay?!" I ask freaking out.

"Yeah, I'm fine. This kid just thinks its funny to kick around inside of me." She tells me and I calm down. "You're more on edge on when I'll go into labor than I am." She laughs. I frown but she can't see me.
