Natalia:

Jordan runs, my hands are slightly trembling, have I said something to upset him? Getting lost in my thoughts for a moment, I space out. The only thing that brings me back to reality, was the harmonious sound of the bell. I come back into reality, and obeyingly go to my first class. I hold my head high, nothing to be upset about.  I walk into my first class, promptly walking to my seat. Julia, my acquaintance, turns toward me.

“Natalia, you okay? You seem a little distracted today.” Julia inquires as she smiles.

“I’m great, thanks, just thinking a little about how great life is.” I marvel.

“Oh that’s good to hear!” Julia advocated as she turns to face the board. Life is, of course, as perfect as can be. My friends make me believe I’m lucky; they’re just so amazing! Before I knew it, the next five classes were over; It was time for study hall with Jordan. I walk toward him, and hug him.

“Hi, Jordan,” I chime, “it’s so nice to see you!”
