Natalia:

I wave to everyone as I leave the party, it was getting very late. Jordan seemed very happy at the party; but I know deep down he is hurting. This morning, he was stretching and his sleeve rolled up; revealing his scars. This makes me feel very worried for his health, some scars appeared to be very deep and reopened. All of these questions, none of the answers. I arrive home, and decide to go for a walk to clear my head for a bit. The only light to be seen is dim and unimportant; After an hour, I decide to go home.  I look both ways of the road: completely empty. I begin to cross the road, a second before the impact I notice a Toyota Hybrid zooming down the road. Was this good-bye?

The Hybrid hits the left side of my body; I glide into the air, then plunking onto my back on the asphalt. The car stops for a moment, then accelerates off into the night. A nearby dog-walker rushes over to me; asking what happened. Soon after, the ambulance arrives; and I black out. I wake up in the A&E center, apparently I was out for two weeks; yet still not allowed to go. The nurse lets me know someone was here a majority of the two weeks; I just assume it was my brother. Apparently, my arm and leg are shattered due to the accident. The nurse gives me some very strong painkillers; and leaves. I hear someone walk into the room, everything looked blurry; so I couldn’t see who it was.
