It's a normal company which supplies games and codes to people around the world, but the special part comes with the bosses quirk.
A play area is set out for children who want to come in and find refuge, or for parents of children who want to unwind.
The only rule? Be a chibi.
So you can understand how everyone feels a nice comfy atmosphere when coming to work with a chibi play area in full view for anyone to see.
Of course, this isn't the only thing about the Boss.
When it comes to slower days and lots of free time, the boss is a nutcase crackhead.
Often seen running around the workspace as a chibi, turning resting employees into Chibis as well.
This is "Chibi tag", one of the more popular jokes the boss plays.
He runs around turning people into chibis, and the runaways. While those who aren't are catchers.
Whoever can run the longest as a Chibi, the one who catches the boss, and the one who captures the most chibis total all get prizes.
When it comes to the workplace of Chibi Company, there's never a dull moment. Neither in the workforce, or the playpen.
