(No I did not make this quirk just to make this story and make fun of some people I hate in the series I have no idea what you're talking about)
Sitting in an abandoned factory, Izuku looks over the group of assembled people.
8 people to be exact, most of which being the worst of the worst in the underworld.
All For One (All For Potato), Muscular (Orphaning Bastard), Moonfish (Bodybag Cosplayer), Tomura Shigaraki (Mr.I-Hate-Moisturizer), Overhaul (Overbitch), Nine (AFO's Failure), Wolfram (Metallic Stupidity), and Flect Turn (Glowy Boi).
Watching them as they line up in 2 columns of 4, Izuku stares down at them, disgust clear in his sight.
"Do you know why I've brought you all here today?"
Replying in unison, the 8 respond.
"Because we are turds who are only alive thanks to your grace."
Nodding his head, Izuku turns around to the stars that lit up the sky.
"Good. The stars shine brightly today. You all are to strip bare naked and race around this city at exactly 1am tomorrow am I clear?"
Replying in unison again, the group straightens themselves out and lines up single file.
"Yes sir!"
Jumping down from the high place he had been sitting on, the doctor Ujiko (Old Fart), ordered a flying nomu to catch Izuku which lets him down safely.
"Thank you Old Fart. I can tell the nomu myself, so go sit in a corner and waste away like the wrinkly bag you are."
"Yes sir. This wrinkly bag will go sit in the corner and waste away."
Shuffling off to a corner, Old Fart sits and waits silently.
As the clock nears midnight, Izuku holds all 9 people down with nomu as he throws a stone at each to regain control.
As soon as midnight hits, all 9 try to jump up and escape only for the stones to hit them all, leaving them all standing still, not moving an inch.
"Thank you nomu. You can release them now."
As the nomu release their grasp on the 9 victims, Izuku orders the USJ nomu that had been sitting in the corner watching to come over.
"Go and beat all that moved."
Then turning over to the slaves who still haven't moved, Izuku utters another order.
"Do not make a sound."
As the nomu rushed forward, the crushing of bones and splattering of blood commenced again as it had for the last year, but even under such pain, none of the slaves uttered a single peep.
"That's enough USJ."
Stopping the nomu before it killed someone, Izuku looks over the now shaking villains as they heal using the regeneration quirks Izuku had All For Potato give them.
"The night is still young, so how about we have some fun?"
His green eyes glint in the moonlight as he utters his next sentence.
"Kick each other in the private area as hard as you can 10 times each person. You are not allowed to scream or utter a sound."
As the kicking commenced, each person holding in their screams even if their face budged and veins popped on their forehead.
As each kick started to leave bloody marks on the undergarments of each person because the kicks became that hard, they soon finished the kicking and stood back in line, their knees shaking from the pain.
Sadistic amusement glinting in his eye, Izuku opens his mouth again.
"You are to break 5 bones on everyone else. If they heal before all 35 bones are broken, then you'll have to restart. From now on too, you are not allowed to utter a sound."
As the bloody festival within the abandoned factory began, the silence became scary as the sounds of bones breaking and blood splattering resumed. Each person trying to break 35 bones before the first healed using regeneration quirks.
Eventually as the regeneration quirks slowed down from being overly used, they finished the task, and then lined up again in front of Izuku, only in their undergarments, as their bodies shook from their bones being broken so many times and losing so much blood.
As Izuku saw the sun begin to arise, knowing that the time until he would be looked for was soon, Izuku uttered another order.
"Clean up this area. I want it to be spotless. You are to spill your food on the floor and eat it by licking it off the floor."
Nodding at Izukus words as he used a flying nomu to return to UA, the 9 villains turned sorry excuses for humans began their work.
As All For Potato a broom to sweep up the dust, Overbitch and Orphaning Bastard cleaned up the blood splatters on the walls. Metallic Stupidity and AFO's Failure cleaned up the bone shards that were too big to sweep.
Mr.I-Hate-Moisturizer and Glowy Boi then started to wash down where the cleaning was done to make it spotless.
Bodybag Cosplayer just sat there being useless next to Old Fart who had begun to search for food, using the money they got from being villains to order some bad food as per the orders of Izuku.
As the day passed, the night came again, and Izuku sat there waiting for midnight to come. As it did, Izuku again reestablished his control, and handed out cameras to each person.
"Go run, and keep at least one person on camera at all times."
Stripping down naked, and running off with a camera strapped to each of their heads, the recording began and as they streaked through the city, the cameras recorded every last bit.
Having set up some extra cameras, Izuku got lots of footage of many big bads in the underworld being embarrassed fully, and began his editing of the footage once they had returned.
Having them torture each other in shifts for the night, Izuku edited together the footage from each of their cameras, leading to a 10-hour long video with no cuts.
Smiling sadistically as he attaches the massive file to an email and hits send, a certain mouse in a certain building gets a ping, and smiles as well.
"Well well well Izuku. You do have your ways."
As the mouse uses some methods to get it uploaded onto the web, the internet soon catches on, and the names of the villains are now forever smeared into laughing stocks.
As the number of videos of these kinds of things increased, and the villains being tortured more every day, the fear surrounding the word villain vanishes as villains fear they'll be the next target, and citizens laugh at the stupidity that the best villains are now forced to do.
